I was so excited to see a new coffee place in the area (there are only two Caribou’s in the entire city) that I could get my morning coffee after work! The first couple of months were great with service- so great that I went multiple times a week! After some time they hired new people & the service became rushed & sloppy! I gave them chance after chance & every single time they got my order completely wrong/neglected specifics that I ordered ON THE APP so there were no confusions. Even the simplest things like substitute milk for my iced coffee or a dash of milk & sugar in my tea they rushed my order & just gave me whatever!! I just want it back to the original service; if they continue this way they won’t last against the other competitors in the area!!!
