This used to be my favorite chipotle. Every time I would go their food would be good, no matter how the service was. Recently the service/atmosphere has to declined. Every time I come past 8pm they are out of things. One time I went & they were out of just about every side + chips. I don’t know if they’re purposely not prepping anything for past 8pm but it is happening continuously.

Don't get extra chicken. Almost $5 for a couple extra bites on a $10 bowl. Bullshit if you ask me.

Need to bring back Queswdilla that you can order in person. No one wants to order online and then pick up cold

After waiting in a huge line, they told me there were no chips, they have chips only available for online orders. We had to clean our table. Most of the tables were the same.

The workers during the day are amazing. The people who work at night always try to close early. You never get full service even coming in at 7 or 8. Why say you are open until 11 if you are going to take apart and clean drink machines trash etc etc. Always out of everything. If you’re going to get a job, at least do it right. Your employees are lazy

Absolutely disgusting line conditions. A guy a couple people in front of me ordered brown rice, the kid takes the pan out of the well and holds it over the white rice pan, dripping excess well water into the white rice while he scraped out the rest of the brown rice into the customer's bowl. I just walked out. No excuse for that, the well in restaurants are gross. Not proper food handling in the least bit.

Went around 7 pm 2/17. The front line male crew who was taking the order has the hair braids hanging and covering his entire face . With hat dangling down already and his braids all the way to his chin, he could barely see customers. He picked his nose and touched his hair unknowingly a few times while he serve at least 7 people ahead of me . He didn’t changed his gloves even once . Another female worker also has hair hanging and covering her face . They keep touching the food and touching their hair& surface around them so often . I would never eat in this place ever again .

We had a promo code for fundraiser at store. Ordered online but opportunity to enter code. Can't adjust at store so we're ot of luck to help the school. Beware!

If I could give no stars I would. This location doesn’t close until 11pm. This is my 3rd time coming and they are always out of everything.

This place is running a scam if u use your debit card I went here this past weekend on Sunday to be exact and there was kids who ordered before me and they cldnt get pay so the cashier acted like she cleared their order off the screen and she never did and charged me $28.05 and then asked me to run my card again so she cld put my money back on my card which never happened and she actually charged me twice and the got the mangers and they gave me $20.05 back and said my other $28.05 wld come back to my card and I call my card and it says I got cash back twice from them which I never did so I went back there today and to the same cashier and she acted like she called her manager who was not there at the opening of the day and so she came and said her manager said she fully refunded me which did not so be careful with this place when using your debit card

Thank you for ripping me off Chipotle!
Paid $14.80 for burrito, $3.49 delivery fee, $4.44 service fee, and $3.50 tip so a total of $26.23. Burrito has regular meat no extra anything, absolutely unexceptionable. Will never purchase chipotle again after this Highway robbery of an experience.

I went for dinner this afternoon with my family here , I find nothing good there, food is so cold rice is so hard , no ice , no , paper napkins and no spoons, when I asked the employee they said we are out , how we can eat without spoons, who is going to drink cock or Pepsi with out ice cream, I brought the food at home because they don’t have any thing there when I gets my home its was so cold and I need to put it on trash . I will never visit this place again in my life . Thank you for this .
