The door says they open at 10:45 so we went in at 10:55 and the food wasn’t ready until 11:10? What were they doing for 25 minutes? The worker decided to prep chips for 15 minutes instead of greeting the customers. The customers that came in after us even looked at us and said we haven’t even been spoken to and we’ve been standing here for five minutes. We had to ask for help and when we finally did get someone to wait on us, they had an attitude. I don’t know what was going on there, but maybe they need to get there earlier to prep better?

Still sitting in the parking lot very astonished at the service that was just received. It’s August 10, 2025. I got here at approximately 9:35. The guy at the beginning of the line had his mouth open the whole time he was prepping everyone’s food, that’s not even including his terrible attitude. There was a couple in front of me that needed the lettuce, and nobody on the whole team wanted to get these people lettuce, which caused everyone behind them to wait for their food for up to 20 minutes. Then, as my bowl sat there, waiting to continue to be work on, multiple different people were reaching over my bowl, with all kinds of cross contamination situations going on. Then when I ask for extra beans, I got a little slither of some bean juice. Like just close already. I am just getting off work, and also want to go home. So I completely understand not wanting to be at work. But you should never make the customers pay for the life that you chose to live.

Serious question...do you guys even taste the rice before you put it out there to be served? My brown rice was just hard like barely cooked.
I was refused onsite service at 10:25pm, but saw the same worker who refused to serve me served a walk-in. My burrito was made by the worker who was mopping the floors first and made badly. Worst service & food ever

Literally drove to three different Chipotles, and they all either started closing way before 11, or started doing online only orders. It is 1045 as I write this. I started my journey to get Chipotle at basically 10pm. I did not get it, and gave up after the 3rd store.

This is one of my fave Chipotle’s eastbound. The way it’s seasoned & flavored is far from bland ! Love them 🫶🏽

They get it right every time. This is the only one I will go to moving forward. The one in Pickerington on Hill Road is closer to my house, but they completely stink, literally and figuratively. This one will be my only go to.
The place was trashed. They were out of chicken, lettuce, guac, chips and who knows what else and the dining room was closed because it was trash too.

I'm visiting from out of town and it's safe to say I will never return this location. Ordered mobile order for pickup. Arrived 15 min later. I waited a few minutes after arriving before approaching the cashier. None of the mobile orders had been made. Then I was informed that they were out of sour cream and lettuce. There were no straws, napkins, or plasticware. I would give 0 stars if possible.

The food was very good and the staff was very nice, the dude at the cash register was super cool and friendly. The only negative part was that we got locked outside when going to the patio.

Although the app says to pick up your order from the to go rack, if you stand there waiting for it, they won’t say anything to you. They said they don’t use the rack because people steal food. I will guess better next time that I should go to the counter opposed to the rack.

Food honestly not bad considering (portions pretty small but oh well) but customer service and store ops were literally and metaphorically a mess. NO NAPKINS, NO FORKS, NO LIDS , NO JUICES, Everything was super dirty. All tables were gross. Employees seemed indifferent to assisting us. Overall pretty poor experience this evening.

The food isn't usually bad so that's the positive except for the guac... absolutely no taste. I've never had a bland/non-taste batch of guac until I came here. That guac and chips are too expensive to just throw away when you get home.
Also, this location doesn't seem to care about sanitation when it comes to keeping the buffet area clean while they're preparing the meals. Food was all over the buffet area.
