The pizza was great & the customer service was just as good. Super friendly young man helped me when I walked in to pick up my order. He had great manners which is not always the case anymore. Keep up the great work!!

Have tried this place a couple times I really wanted to like it but after tonight I never will again when you can’t even make a blt sub correctly the bacon wasn’t even done I asked for well done bacon and it was barely cooked oh well on to the next place

I usually get pizza from the Creno’s at this location for poker nights. Every time they are quick and well made pies. They do well on the request for extra cheese as well. I’ll continue to order Creno’s for dinner or a group poker night. They are excellent and do really good on the toppings.

I’ve ordered from Creno’s in Reynoldsburg a few times, but the last couple of deliveries have been really disappointing. The pizza arrived soggy, with the crust completely lacking any crispness or structure. On top of that, I ordered a sub and it was barely cooked—the bun was doughy and cold like it had just been taken out of the fridge. For the price, I expected much better quality. Sadly, this might be the last time I order.

They said they wouldn't deliver to my house - only 8 minutes away. They suggested I contact the Creno's in Etna instead (which is actually a mile further away).

They suck, avoid them they're just a bunch of school kids with zero interest in their job. Tried to get my money back, but they wouldn't and instead added it to my account ( I don't have an account) that's how dumb they are. Worst pizza place in columbus, contacted corporate because they added ingredients I'm allergic too, lucky I didn't eat it or it would have been a hospital bill.

I and my wife ate hear 2 nights ago and now we both have a stomach flu. You gotta wash your hands when handling peoples food Creno's.
