We placed an order at the Reynoldsburg location for takeout. It was supposed to be ready for 5:20pm. We waited for our order until 6:00pm. The person making one of our subs kept scratching his head and wiping sweat off of his face and then continued to cook our sub. We asked them to remake the order, which they did. In the meantime, they made our order of wings incorrectly and had to remake that as well. We got home with our food and one of the subs was made incorrectly. It had mushrooms on it, and we have a mushroom allergy. We called, and asked to remake and deliver. The manager, Alyssa Young refused delivery and told us to wait for a refund that may or may not post/may require a call back. She then proceeded to hang up on us twice.

I ordered food on door dash but they don’t have dashers, only their own drivers so I couldn’t track my order. My order was “completed” about 30 minutes prior to it arriving. I had to call twice, they were short staffed but would’ve appreciated an honest estimate of how long it would take to get to me the first time I called. When the pizza arrived it was cold.

I just had to make a review tonight. Crenos has been okay at best in the past but lately, it has been amazing! I'm not sure who the closing crew is, but everything has been perfect. The delivery guy is awesome too. Keep it up! :)

The pizza is good imo but when I had to cancel my last order I never got my money back, called twice and was told to wait and still nothing. Very disappointed in that, I feel like I should at least get something for the money I never got

My coworkers and I ordered a veggie pizza with half pepperoni and half turkey on 10/25/2023. We ordered online. My coworker went to pick up the pizza. The door is locked when she gets there and and no one answers the phone when I call or my coworker calls. My coworker comes back and after an hour I suggest we call Creno's back and see if anyone answers. A man answers this time and we ask to speak to the manager. The manager says the pizza has been sitting there for over an hour if we want to pick it up. She hangs up on my coworker when she asks why didnt anyone answer the door when she went there to get the pizza the first time. The manager claimed they were in the back unloading a truck but left the door unlocked. My coworker picked up the pizza and brings it back to work. The pizza was made incorrectly it was turkey and pepperoni on both sides. I called back up to Crenos regarding their error and the manager claimed that they made the pizza correctly and hung up on me when I let her know it wasn't right. I will NEVER spend another penny at this business. This is the worst interaction I've ever had with a restaurant. The manager is beyond rude and has no customer skills. Think twice before you spend money with this business they treat their customers like they're doing them a favor.

We ordered 2 subs, large pep pizza and their "must try" cinnamon flat bread dessert. Everything was ok EXCEPT the dessert. It was a flat, circle of tasteless cardboard textured dough that had been brushed with very little cinnamon and butter, then sent through an oven to burn. You don't get icing on the side either. We all tried a piece, then spit it out because of the awful burn taste. Needless to say, we wasted $10.00 on burned, sugared cardboard. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DESSERT. GO TO MASSEY'S, BEST CINNAMON DESSERT PIE (APPLE'S MY FAVORITE) IN REYNOLDSBURG!!!

I'm DEFINITELY coming back if I'm remotely close. I carried out my Italian Sub, dressing on the side. The sub was fantastic and that Dressing is AMAZING. Best I can describe it is the best Italian dressing you've ever had, homemade, very tart in a good way, with an extra zippie zing to it. Really was outstanding. I wasn't able to finish all of it that night. So the next day after wrapping it in foil I put it on the turbo warming to warm back up. I sure did wish I had more of it to eat than the third of it I had left. Highly recommend. I'm definitely getting the sub & a pizza next time!!
