We love Culvers, but were disappointed today at the Reynoldsburg. I am not sure if they had been very busy before we got there or what had happened, but it did not seem well organized at all today when we were there at 2:30. We placed our order and were given a number. The lady that took our order was very nice. We found a table that we had to clean before we could sit down. From our table I could see the food being placed on trays and in bags. The lady that was filling the orders was working very hard to get the food ready to deliver. I saw what I thought may be our order on a tray sitting on the counter. I watched a man continue to leave our food sit there while he took bags out to customers at the drive thru. He would come in and get a bag and slowly deliver bags outside and then come back in and do it again while the tray that I thought was ours continued to sit there. At the 24 minute mark I went to the counter with our number tent and asked if I could have our food that had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. My order was correct, but my husband's was not. He ate it anyway fearing we would have to wait over 20 minutes for the corrected sandwich. I hope this location gets some management and corrects the issue of getting food to their customers. I do not see a scenario where we will be back to this location as there are way too many options in the area to subject ourselves to that service again. I hope we are able to find another location as we do enjoy Culver's food.

It may have just been this restaurant but the order was messed up multiple times, it took forever, and it was a poor experience. I'll probably give it another shot somewhere else, but it left a poor taste in my mouth!

Went through empty drive thur for a concrete. I was asked to pull up, 8mons later still no concrete. Went in and counted 3 people standing at the counter, on at the window, 4 other miscellaneous workers.
I asked for my concrete and was handed a half melted concrete with no mix-ins in the bottom half.

Wow, what an amazing experience. I grew up in Chicago going to Culver’s all the time. My husband and I were driving through from PA on our way to KY and he had his first Butterburger. He wanted to order another it was so good! Great atmosphere, and music playlist. Every employee is productive and kind. Bruce, the manager embodies Culver’s and has such a great positive attitude. Thank you!! 🤩

Everything was as it was supposed to be. The place was clean (even the restrooms), a fairly quiet, friendly atmosphere. Good friendly service at the ordering counter. And really fast on the food delivery! I bet our order was out to us in less than 5 minutes. Our order was correct, there was four of us (two adults and 2 grandkids). We would recommend to anyone on going there. Very happy with our visit. We will be going again.

Always a great experience here. One of the best fast food burgers in the game. Mt. Olive dill pickles can't be beat! Garden salad is always fresh. They put a whole grilled breast on the salad, not just a few pieces like their competitor.

Ordered on line. Was told it would be ready by 6:36 pm My order sat on the counter for 10 mins waiting on mashed potatoes. I finally had to walk up to the counter and tell them give me my food. Slow asf. One guy running the orders for drive thru and counter.
