The amount of sauce that was used on the pizza i ordered yesterday was atrocious. All of the toppings fell off like it was some kind of slip & slide pizza. Will NOT be returning.

We ordered a large founders, large Pep, med. cheese and 4 BigDon sub’s. The pizzas are not cooked all the way like they use to be. Our subs we order 2 without cheese and 2 without tomatoes. Apparently if you make changes they do not put the dressing on either. I’ve tried to call to talk to the manager but it’s all automated and the person kept over talking me from the phone bank. I hung up and we promise to never order again. I never like giving bad reviews because it is usually solved with retraining staff or just talking to them.

Went in today and apparently there was a sewage leak and it smelled horrible. I have no clue how they weren't shut down for the day, total health hazard and management took no steps to keep food safe. I wonder how many people are going to get sick from eating food around sewage.

I come in from Seattle. Ordered my pizza well done, with the call center AND spoke directly to the restaurant 🤬. Told them I wanted it well done it was barely cooked. I had to put it in the oven once I got it. NEVER AGAIN 🤦🏿♀️

Order 2 large pizzas lastnite for my family just to realize one of the pizzas wasn't completely done and my family been on the toliet all night tried calling up there to talk to Manager to tell them the issue and they put me on hold and no one ever answered !!!! I always order from them this has never happened before so upset !!!!!

i was greetd upon entey, horrible managment, general manager ALLEN couldnt even get the machine working for me to pay took roughly 10 minutes while food was sitting. I come here as a regular and get hotnhoney on the side since I cannot get it on the pizza since I share with my 2 year old, he was the first to ever deny me a side of HotnHoney, seems unfair especially with him bragging on being the general manager.

This is an update to my previous review. I love everything but have had trouble with the cinnamon sticks! Mostly I was getting sometimes burnt sticks with icing only. None of all the yummy cinnamon goodies they used when they first introduced this product. Well...I just ordered them again and THEY FOUND THE CINNAMON!!!! Ooooo! They are just like the original ones!!! Soft and cinnamony! Really decadent!!! Yay! Thank you Donatos!
