I used to eat Five Guys all the time years ago. Went again for a burger recently and I saw there were some new toppings for the burger. So I definitely made sure I created the ultimate burger. A small fry still gives more than enough and a cold beverage of my choice from the Willy Wonka cola machine, why not? However, as I waited for my burger patiently, I skimmed my receipt and good grief. Over $20 for that, I'm not even mad that I stayed away. And I will continue to stay away... Red Robin gives a great burger with bottomless fries and is cheaper than that... Never again!

Not an actual review but a good story for great customer service. Employees at this location, especially the manager are top notch. I received a notification of an order being placed here online, except I do not even live in Ohio. Scammers got ahold of my account. We called the store right after the order was placed and the manager took care of it. Then a 2nd scam order came through while my wife was canceling our credit cards. Reached out again and stopped that order too. To the night manager 10 out of 10 damn good job. To those would be scammers F you.
Staff had little to no energy, I mean what happen to the high energy. My burger was very good just as I remembered 2 thumbs up. Now the fries on the other hand were not good at all. They were cold & mushy, & I only went next door. I was highly disappointed, you guys used have the best fries. You guys dropped the ball on the fries. Over all I'd return for the burgers but go elsewhere for my fries.
