Young lady that works the register in nice she's always masked up she speaks at a nice tone of voice so you can hear her under the mask the young chef did perfect wit my two bowls never had a problem coming here in the 15 years I've been eating at this location I love it...
No chicken or steak in my chicken and steak bowl. I mean they ended up giving me a refund but they were clearly not happy about it. Not one single person that they passed the phone off to apologized for not putting ANY steak or chicken in my steak and chicken bowl or for the inconvenience they caused by not being able to perform their job correctly. Just “hold on” then a new person is on the phone then she just says “hold on” “okay proceed your return” and hangs up. Another reason I cannot stand the east side.

STANK!!! Smelled like a sewer! Good thing we ordered takeout. No hair nets in sight! Cashier was polite and knowledgeable about the menu, but like an AI…given instructions, your request might not match your anticipated results. We ordered 3 identical bowls but afterwards I asked for 1 to have veggies on the side. I dropped off my daughter who loves veggies on the east side with a bowl. Why when I get to the west side I have a bag with two bowls with all veggies AND veggies on the side??? Poor thing had to eat her double fried rice and triple meet bowl with a single stray bean sprout. If the place hadn’t smelled so god awful, we might have considered checking our order! I miss the sit-down Genji’s and the amazing dining experience. Better than Benni’s hands down. Their Yum-Yum is not as good as it used to be but still the best in town.

Ordered a chicken bowl w fried rice, steak and chicken w fried rice & 3 sides of fried rice.. considering how much rice i order you would think wow she must love the rice & that would be correct … soooooo why was there barely any rice in all five bowls and 3 should have consist of only rice .. also they asked over the phone what sauces I’d want and i told them, there was only yum yum when i got home.

I’ve been to this location a few times and the food as well as customer service are consistent. I’m old school and remember the location on Brice and how delicious the food was. To go doesn’t give you the experience but the food is just as good. For the price you can eat half now and the rest later. Definitely enough to keep you full the entire day.
Parking: Pull up and go.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely space to host children.
Wheelchair accessibility: When you first go through the doors it’s a little tight. But if you go through the exit door you’ll have more room.

It's decent for the price. My kids all like it and will eat it till stomach failure (rare that they all agree). Not as many varieties of toppings like Bibibop, but still very filling and satisfying. It's convenient that it's located next to a Boba cafe (liquid dessert).

This is not fair because it was Mothers Day..lots of orders but only saw one person working the grill..liked that he had on a hair net..the worker who was working as the cashier definitely needed a net..i didn't eat anything but because of the # of orders and the 4 people who were waiting patiently..the food gotta be amazing
