I am a regular at Holly Farms meat shop. I have been a regular for years. I think every one in the "BURG" should try this local business at least once. I think you would become a regular also. Their meat is first class. Try one of their Ribeyes. Mmmm good.
Such a HUGE difference the shopping and dining experience is here vs the "meat" department at the grocery store! The quality of the meats, the variety of products, and the personal care and attention from the staff are absolutely top shelf! My visit today yielded three different types of liver to experiment with at home in the kitchen and Melissa was knowledgeable, cheerful, kind, and fun... When was the last time you could say that about meat shopping? Get your meats...
