Current staffing lacks customer service skills. No greeting, aknowlegment, or assistance. Staff was too busy on personal phone. Sanitation is lacking and I received crumbs from the previous order due to the staff not keeping up with housekeeping. I would love to blame it on the two employees, but this is 100% management issue for hiring them.

Rolled ice cream with lots of flavors under one roof. There were these amazing young girls who prepared all the rolled ice creams. They all were so nice in doing what they were doing. They have a lot of flavors you can choose from. Kids will love this place actually this place is for all ages whoever loves ice cream. Also try their Lobster roll was tasty. Lil expensive but very delicious. It is going to be our every weekend ice cream place.

Me and my daughter ordered. They made my daughters then made the person behind me before mine. So the employee stated she hated making the one I ordered. While the employees ate I was still waiting on my ice cream.. My daughter was almost done eating by the time I got mine. You need better customer service! We will not be back!

Horrible customer service. Never greeted , the young girl just comes over to the register after i waited for 10 mins and just looks at me and my brother without making a peep. The sanitation seemed a bit off too. After eating the ice cream both I and my brother instantly felt sick which never happens after eating ice cream. This is my 3rd time at this location and I will not be back. Each visit gets worse. I wish I could contact the owner and tell him to close his doors. They should not be in business.

I should've read the reviews before coming here. They are SUPER slow. Have no respect for people coming here with childrens. They play disgusting music and are far too busy putting on a show than making ice cream. The one girl who appeared to be a manager was wiping her face with her bare hand and then picking up cups for ice cream without washing her hands. Don't worry, she put gloves on so she could continue to wipe her face, scratch her hair and pull up her pants, and then proceed to make someone's order. Barf. We won't be coming here again. I'm sorry I wasted my money here. Not to mention the entire place didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. So disappointing.

I came in at 7:00 and left at 8:14 with the wrong, inconsistent order. They only had two people working and they told me it would take long but this is so ridiculous. I didn’t even say anything because I just wasted my money. The first time I came, it was early and I had a good experience sans the attitude. The ice cream was not worth the wait and I’ll never come back here. It was such horrible experience and all for mediocre ice cream that melted before it was even given to me.

manager was nice but the girl taking my order had really bad customer service and didn’t tell me when to put my card in or take it out. this place is ghetto. please hire better employees with customer service and nice employees. this place was dirty and the floors were sticky. won’t be coming back.

I had a blast when I visited here. They are very kind and made me the best ice cream. The kiddos loved it And loved seeing their names spelled out on the ice cream! I noticed Most ice cream shops do not have a vegan option, but they do! I will definitely be coming back again!

As soon as we walked in we were told they were backed up with online orders and we had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes just for our order to be put in. One of the servers prepared another workers order before ours. She proceeded to eat it in front of us and just sat there before our order was even tended to. Super unsatisfied with the work attitude, but we got our ice cream.
