We visited IHOP recently, and while the pancakes were still the best they are still fluffy and delicious as always, the rest of the experience was disappointing. We ordered the Pineapple Lemonade Splasher expecting it to come with strawberry and pineapple chunks as shown on the menu, but it was served without any toppings. When we asked the server, he said they didn’t have them and that they usually don’t include them, which was confusing because my husband ordered a Strawberry Lemonade, and it came with strawberry chunks. Service was not great either; it took a long time and the server didn’t really pay attention to what was requested. As for the food, the T-bone steak was very tough that you could chew it until tomorrow (it fights back as you slice them) and the strawberries didn’t taste fresh, which was disappointing since IHOP features them in so many dishes. Overall, while the pancakes remain a highlight, the service and quality of some items fell short of expectations.

I was waiting to be seated with my husband a lady I'm assuming knows the staff so her and her party of 5was called to be seated even though we were there first ,the police seen it and seated us himself, well we sat for 30 plus minutes without being asked or served water and we were the only people left in the section so I will not be recommending this place for my 11,000 plus followers, I will never eat hear,even if I'm starving.

I'm sorry to share this but we went for breakfast and it didn't have an inviting atmosphere for one, but we decided to give it a try but after waiting about 5 minutes and no one came to seat us we left! We went to a Cracker barrel close by and I am glad we did!!!

I ordered 2 stacks of pancakes with whip cream and strawberry and my pancakes has neither on them ,went back to get the right order and the counter service was very awful she tried charging me after the receipt said I already did she made it seem like it was my fault they messed up then gave me cherrys instead of strawberry’s
Service was really slow, poor waitress was taking orders and cooking the food. Food came out nice and hot after the 40 minutes wait but the chicken was nasty. You guys need some new breading or new oil in your deep fryers or something cause it tasted like old oil. The chicken itself was dried out but it was somewhat edible and I was hungry so I ate it. The best thing were the fries but lacking salt. My stepdad had to hunt down a ketchup bottle at another table cause ours was empty. There was also 4 of us 3 adults and 1 kid. I never got a menu, I had to share with my parent. I used to work here over a decade ago. Now I understand why I quit.

Continues to be a horrid place. Over six to eight years I’ve attempted to eat here. Always a failures. Today it was slow with seven tables occupied. The look was one of employees wandering. No direction. Customers had that sad sack look of waiting and waiting.
As I was escaping to Cracker Barrel the couple across from me said they had been waiting and they were there before I arrived.
While this is the closest IHOP to home I’ll have to continue to pass.
As a safety note if you dare to try it watch for the always present deep pot holes in the entrance road.

It's a nice place...food is very good, service is great. My only issue is the STRONG scent of bathroom disinfectant (likely urinal cakes) when you first walk in. I get it... the bathrooms are in front, they don't want "bathroom smells" to great you. But the deodorizers they use are SO strong, they ruin the smell of pancakes and other delicious food coming from the kitchen.
