I had the moo goo gai pan, egg rolls and dumplings. Everything was crisp and fresh and overall delicious. The hot tea is a must.

Probably the worst Chinese food I've had. The crab rangoon was small, but pretty decent.
The actual meals though were not.
The tofu did not have any water pressed out so was extremely mushy and mostly just onions for vegetables.
The chicken and broccoli appeared to have a sauce that was just cornstarch and water with no flavoring with soggy chicken.
The breading on the general tso's was barely apparent and the sauce was watery and lacking in flavor.
The fortune cookies were so stale that you could bend them into new shapes.
We'd suggest trying a different restaurant for your Chinese food needs.

I took my mom to dinner to catch up, as this was one of my favorite places to eat as a kid - back when it was by the Kroger in Old Reynoldsburg. The raw beef pho is incredible and the bowl is absolutely HUGE! I'm a healthy eater and even I couldn't finish all the broth in a single sitting. Mom got the Happy Family and the quality of the shrimp and beef were way above par. Excellent prices too. The service was incredible, and attentive. Jade's is hard to beat. Support long standing local businesses like this one, the place is a gem.

Drove 33 mins to be exact to sit down to eat to be told they don’t take dine in after 8 with no sign or anything stating that they don’t do that highly upset. Boss said it time for employees to go home worst customer service I’ve ever received ever.

Not your typical taste for Chinese food. We didn't like it and they seen not one of the four people at my table ate more than a couple bites of the food they ordered and they still didn't ask anything or offer to make anything else or make the bill cheaper or anything, They didn't seem to mind that four customers spent $75 and I guarantee you 90% of the food was left on the table None of us wanted a doggy bag

We ordered carry out. I got chicken lomein and egg roll. NO veggies in lomein and egg rolls so small it was ridiculous! We've been customers for years!!!! Never again!

Been trying all of the Chinese food options in the area because I travel here frequently, and this is easily the worst I've tried. The food simply isn't good. The sauces especially taste watered down. The worst Pad thai and General Tso's chicken I've ever had. The crab rangoon was also pitifully understuffed.

Nothing wrong with the atmosphere, but nothing fancy. The reason to come is the food.

The fried rice was bad. Wasn't fried and tasted like plan rice with soy sauce thrown on it. The sweet and sour batter tasted like corn dog batter. Just wasn't good. The garlic shrimp was okay. Shrimp well over cooked. Family agreed this place is for people who over indulge in the western diet and don't know any different. We placed carryout with no issues. The person I talked to was friendly.
