Jade's Chinese Restaurant

Walked into the store at 8pm when the sign said the restaurant closed at 9pm. The employees told us dine in was closed even though there were still people eating. This was our first time coming to try the restaurant and we were turned away. We ended up at Sakura across the street and were given excellent service. This was bad business in my opinion and we will not return.

Went there tonight to try for the first time and will not be going back. Walked in, as others were eating and waiting, and was told that they were “closed”. This was at 7:58 and the front door states that they do not close until 9 on Sundays. Very poor way to conduct business. Do not recommended wasting your time.

My order was wrong
Had to wait extra time for it to be remade
But the food also tasted very bland, could it be a rush from having to remake my food? Second dish wasn’t good either. I took the picture below and directly put it in the trash!
I’ve never had to write a bad review but this was a waste of time and money.

Great service and food. I had the general tso chicken and the meat was fresh and tender. The egg roll was fried to perfection as well. Definitely deserves a second trip.

Tried Jade's for the first time for lunch and it was packed. Very good food, great prices, and very friendly too. I definitely will go again soon.

Sweet and sour shrimp no flavor. White rice no flavor no salt. Spring roll had a slight air of flavor. Beef fried rice was 4/10. BBQ ribs were the best I’ll give it a 9/10. Donuts taste like fried dough even the more sugary one barely taste sweet.

Love the food! Great atmosphere and fun place to eat. Everyone is friendly and service is best in town. Our favorite waitress, Tiffany, is always friendly and never forgets what we like and always makes suggestions for us to try and they are always great. Stop and enjoy great food and people.

Their food is always amazing and of excellent quality. Most Chinese restaurants have mostly dough on their General Tso but this is good Chicken meat. Their prices are very good too. Service is always amazing. It is my favorite Chinese restaurant.

Excellent food we moved here from Cleveland we eat here all the time. Tiffany always waits on us. She is an excellent server. The service is fast and she always knows what we want. This is the best Chinese restaurant in Columbus. Thank you Jades and Tiffany for always mating our experience delightful.

I, along with many friends of mine, have been coming to your restaurant for over 2 years. The food is always hot and delicious and the atmosphere is amazing. Tiffany is the icing on the cake. She makes us smile and always remembers what we usually eat, occasionally suggesting we try something new. We trust her and always enjoy a new dish. We only come on Wed thru Sunday cause we know she is there. She is a great asset to you restaurant.

We’ve been to Jades before and it was a pleasure every time. On 1/9 went in with the family and a friend from out of town. We had to wait which was ok understandable it was busy and not a problem.

Our server Angel was amazing very polite and ensured that all of our needs were taken care of. Couldn’t ask for a better server as she sets the standard for what to expect at Jade’s.

Tiffany on the other hand was loud and obnoxious, openly complaining about how busy it was to include customers, swearing openly(Dropping the F Bomb), yelling at the other staff on the floor, and just ruined the atmosphere between me, my family and other customers to where people were leaving after her rants.

We asked Angel who she was just to mention her in this review and to the owner when we talk to them. I guess after that Tiffany wanted to give us attention asking if we were ok,“trying to butter us up” would the correct way of putting it.

Jades is an amazing place if Tiffany isn’t working, if Angel is there then it will be an amazing experience. 5 stars across the board, if Tiffany 2 stars just because the food is good.
