Took 45 minutes to serve me 2 large Mac’s and an 8 piece nugget. Handed me cold food when they finally got it out. By far the worst KFC restaurant I have ever been to. Didn’t even think it was possible to be this bad at serving fast food

The staff were friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. The only drawback was that the biscuits were a bit hard. Maybe they were older or slightly overcooked. But, I definitely was very pleased. Thank you!

They don't answer the phone.. I had to call 5 times to get someone to finally answer. I ordered a 3 piece box & called to see if they can do wings or legs & they said they’res nothing they can do about that. Meanwhile, I’ve called several times before & requested drums/wings & its never been a problem. Also theres no price difference for those pieces meaning all they had to do was put it in my box. So much for customer satisfaction… 👎🏾

It was terrible! Because I waited 30 minutes for my food and then I found a hair in my sandwich, but that's not all. There were only 2 people working there and they were chatting stupidly, the toilet didn’t work, the food made me vomit, luckily I had a bag, and the potatoes were disgusting and falling apart, they hadn’t put the napkins in yet, I had to take it myself.

Ordered the Tuesday special extra crispy eight pieces for $10, was asked if white meat was okay since they were out of extra crispy I said fine but no wings if you're going to do wings I'd rather just have original recipe, guy at window said okay then gave me a bucket of wings ..not the first time this has happened. Will not be going back

this KFC was a roller coaster of emotions. good luck making it to the entrance and don’t bother looking for an exit, there isn’t one. no but seriously there is no exit. food absolutely SLAPPED though

This was a beautiful KFC, in opinion, KFC makes the best fried chicken in the country perhaps even the world.Unfortunately when we arrived they didn't have the original recipe chicken ready and they made us wait however, they saw how famished I was and offered the chicken at no additional charge.The customer service that was truly incredible, the guy who served us at the counter was one of the best customer service reps I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant.To the staff there, you guys kept a place clean, I saw smiles and they provided great service. We appreciate your great service and we appreciate you for being there for us.The chicken was so great especially freshly cooked it was a great experience Thanks again KFC you guys rocked it!
