Was the only person here and it took 30 minutes to get my food. After 20 minutes 2 workers came out and sat down to smoke what smelled like marijuana then saw that I was still waiting said sorry it’ll be just a few more minutes and went back inside. Then it took another 10 minutes for my food to come out.

Ordered from here because they used to be good but like many places they have turned to 💩.
I ordered at 9 p.m. and when I got there the two goofs working the window said they wasnt cooking no more chicken and were out of mash potatoes. Then the third (assuming manager) came up and said they didnt want to cook anymore original but they DID have mashed potatoes. I asked why did the other person lie for and they could not answer. So since i had to get a refund from the app i just left empty handed. Then had to find somewhere else to take my family too.
The tip culture people have helped caused this BS so thank yourself when it gets worse. An establishment with 4 workers (a woman told us the lobby was closed and 3 male goofs at window) that doesnt close until 1130 pm decides to not cook anymore after 9pm.
I know its not a big deal to these corporations but the 15 minutes it took me to get my child ready. The 30 minutes i wasted not only driving there but in gas. The 30 minutes I wasted on the phone getting my refund. Does not equal JUST a refund. If you CHOOSE to accept just a refund thats on you. My family's time is worth something and we got ours

Ordered two 4 piece combo and 3 tenders and waffle meal.... 1.The chicken was old and dark 2 The biscuits were hard and old 3. I did receive my waffle 4. Order was wrong.

Google should let us give zero stars. This KFC really needs to shut down and retrain their staff. The girl was so rude. I hope she's not a manager. I ordered at 8:00 PM and didn’t get my food until 9:50 PM. Then, while I was still waiting, a lady walked in and was told they were out of chicken. It’s ridiculous since they’re supposed to close at 11:30 PM. Why run out of chicken three hours before closing? This is honestly the worst KFC I've ever been to. Don’t waste your time or peace of mind on this place.
