This place is great as long as you’re not doing a pick up. The last 3 times I’ve done a pick up there are cars just parked in the pick up spots. There’s plenty of parking spots but I guess some people see the pick up spots as a way to avoid walking an additional 25 steps. It’s absolutely ridiculous tbh and very aggravating if you’re trying to pick up an order.

Supervisor doesn’t know how to handle groceries and the employees at self checkout can do nothing but stare at you like your going to steal something when all your trying to do is get groceries for a delivery

1 lane open and a couple self checkouts half the time. They are more concerned about pickup orders than people who actually shop there.. They also closed a whole entry just for pick up orders.. Good luck if you need customer service.. Very disappointed The parking lot is getting trashed lately too come on Kroger 😔

This store used to be great, but it has gone downhill. One of the main things I noticed is their prices. Most of the items are marked down, but when you scan them, you get the full price even after scanning the Kroger card. I told and showed the cashier a picture of the price of the item, but he told me it was not there (it was literally there). So I just told him to keep it.

This store has gone downhill over the last few years. The disrespect in this store from associates is sickening. One in particular I overheard mumbling under her breathe about a customer needing help and then she was rude and disrespectful when dealing with her on a situation that the store screwed up on. I have made SEVERAL complaints to corporate about this particular individual who's name is Connie. I have now escalated it higher requesting a regional manager whom never calls back either. The store manager does NOT rectify the issues that you call about and allows for this same individual to disrespect NUMEROUS customers. He needs replaced in this location. I will no longer spend ANY money at this location due to the disgusting way it's ran. I will continue to shop at Kroger Pataskala where they VALUE the customer.

The Taylor rd location pharmacy needs to address the rude manner with one of there associates there is no reason to be rude and bitter is she doesn't like her job then change .. all I want to do is pick up my meds !!! That's it I don't need her attitude .....by the way from other Reviews on this saying they rolled there eyes she did the same thing to me !!!!!

No one knows how to bag groceries. Why is this not part of their training? They spill out in the car and in the parking lot
This location has gone severely downhill. No check out lanes ever open. People standing around. No one to bag groceries… they literally just stand there watching you while they talk poorly about customers! It’s appalling. Manager leaves in the middle of chaos to go smoke rather than help. Middle aged guy with the comb-over is rude. I always ask for help and get met with an attitude.. like, it’s your job?!?! I wish I got paid to stand around and act totally useless!! They now have to TEACH you how to use self checkout rather than get behind a register and do actual work. Complained before and it falls on deaf ears. Just gonna go out of my way from now on to go to a farther Kroger

Horrible Customer Service at this location! Checked in twice for my pick up order and still had to go into ask about my order at they wouldn't answer the phone. There was one other car waiting for their order. The "manager" James didn't apologize he only made excuses. I went into the Uscan checkout closest to the pickup exit and there were 2 people standing there and they said they couldn't help and told me to ask someone in the empty room about my order. If i could give zero start I would!

received a phone call this morning from Phyllis left a voicemail for me telling me she’s not able to do my cake that I ordered for today due to. They don’t have Darth Vader pieces and they would also have to cancel my cake for the 16th that I ordered for my daughter, because they don’t have princess pieces, Phyllis was not accommodating she said that she could not do anything for me that she doesn’t even know how to mske cakes I had attempted several times over the past two days to call this Kroger‘s to confirm the cake. I’m not sure if there was something wrong with Kroger‘s line but every time it would transfer to the Bakery, it would just hang up or be busy. I understand if they ran out of pieces, but if she could have just accommodated with a light blue frosted cake for me would have been fantastic, but she was not even willing to do that, poor customer service will never come back to Kroger’s. I always use Kroger‘s for my Children’s cakes.

Literally today 4/30/2024 - you have a guy with 2 kids at the door begging for money- it's the same ones out on the street off 256 all the time - please krogers clear them out of the front door!
