I have to give a shout out to Keith!!! He was amazing!! He sat and talked with me and my son about family and how people are kinda going through the same thing that we were at Christmas. We had a huge order for a party, and they got it out to us in under 10 minutes!! Not bad for 6 pizzas, 2 orders of wings, 2 orders of crazy bread, and the spicy cheese bread. Would definitely recommend going here.

I order lil Caesar’s once in a while, never had a problem I could remember. sometimes pizza has some inconsistencies out of 13 orders maybe 1 was messed up. Price was good. And I would recommend Pizza Hut or lil Caesars, sometimes Pizza Hut isn’t the same as lil Caesar’s. I would have to say I prefer Pizza Hut but lil Caesar’s also has been a good choice as well.

For the second time consecutively, I ordered online pretzel pepperoni pizzas, one with white sauce and the other with regular red sauce and they always manage to mess it up. I picked them up, got home for dinner, and again got both with white sauce. This was a simple request. I can only imagine what could happen if it was a complicated order. This place doesn't care about customer satisfaction whatsoever.

I came in about 10 minutes ago.. the pizza 🍕 was pretty descent but the customer service was rude and uninviting. They should fire the tall skinny guy who took my order. They're going to lose a lot of good money

I'm not sure why businesses are so comfortable treating customers badly......I called this location because my online order needed a correction. Going through two automated people got me to someone actually in the store... Who immediately asked to put me on hold. And then never came back. It's 9pm. I was on hold for a full 35 minutes. I didn't even get to ask for the correction....I didn't give any attitude or anthing I just said "yes" to "can I place you on hold". I'm tired of being treated poorly by big name businesses in Reynoldsburg. I will never go to this location again. Never again.
