This location might be the worst location I’ve been to in central Ohio. Customer service is not friendly, they are rude, and the food wasn’t even cooked all the way or made to order. They wouldn’t recook it or do the right pizza without another purchase.

Ended up having to throw it out and do a dispute with the bank. I will for sure not be going back, especially with many price friendly pizza places in the area.

I placed my order on the app to be done @ 12pm. It was done at 12:20. I get a half hour lunch, so I had to eat as fast as I could. Figured it was a fluke because I used to get lunch there all the time. This time I ordered it to be picked up @ 11:45 pm. It was done at 12:10 and it was the wrong pizza. The sticker on the box was right , but the pizza was wrong. They didn't even bother to cut it. They don't acknowledge you are even there when you walk in. The place is a joke, even for Little Ceasars!

No one was at the front counter. Music was so loud you could not talk or hear when someone came up from. Order was not ready, placed online.

I placed an order for a pizza at 11:00 am for pickup at 4:00 pm sharp, but I was made to wait well beyond that time. This delay was frustrating and not what I expect when I place an order for the community. Timeliness matters, and this experience fell short of that standard.

This place needs to have some retraining and update their hours. It says 10:30am and I’m here at 11:30 and there’s no one here and it’s closed.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this Little Caesar’s. I placed my order, paid, and immediately received a text from my bank confirming the charge. The cashier did something in the computer screen and hence she could not print a physical receipt and started clamming the payment didn’t go through.

I even showed them my bank notification, and the charge showing up on my account transactions right there on my phone, yet the cashier dismissed it without even properly looking at it. They acted as if I was making it up, showing zero interest in resolving the problem. Their attitude was not only ignorant but outright rude — rolling their eyes, speaking in a condescending tone, and making me feel like I was the inconvenience, even though they were the one making the mistake.

Instead of taking a moment to call a manager or check the system, they simply rang up the second charge and moved on . Now I’m left with two charges for one order and have to waste my time disputing it with my bank because the store refused to correct their error.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable. The cashier’s lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and willingness to help was shocking. Another person name, Benjamin was even worst, ignorant, and super rude. I will not be returning to this location, and I recommend anyone to double-check every receipt and be prepared for poor service if there’s a problem.

-Discrimination, (I saw how terrible they treated a Costumer who couldn’t speak English fluently)

-Rude employees
They will tell you your order will be ready in 15 minutes and 2hours later it won’t still be ready,
Walking around the store doing absolutely nothing☹️

I went to the store yesterday and witnessed a rude customer who didn't understand that not only the store, but also the employees took online orders. I was served by a very kind, helpful girl who was good with children. One of my sons has special needs, and she handled it very well. She also offered them cookies. I don't know her name, but if I'm not mistaken, she's from Puerto Rico. She's short. Without a second thought, she carried my children to the car, looked after them, helped me cross the street, and delivered my pizzas. We need more people like her; it would be a better world. My babies were fascinated by her and even gave her hugs. Edit-I came back and asked her name, her name is Crystal.

terrible customer service bad attitude DIRTY watched someone pick her nose then continue to make orders and had rings on while making the pizza dough. unprofessional don’t recommend going here. placed my order ahead of time and still waited 30 + min for my order they didn’t even give me the right food.

I was sitting out front waiting for a pickup and there were two workers horsing around at the counter area...and when I saw the one young worker literally STAND on top of the counter with his shoes MULTIPLE times and just jumping off playing around... that's when I said No thanks! I will never purchase anything here again.

If this is what they are doing in the front of the store...I can just imagine what they are doing in the back around the food.
