I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this Little Caesar’s. I placed my order, paid, and immediately received a text from my bank confirming the charge. The cashier did something in the computer screen and hence she could not print a physical receipt and started clamming the payment didn’t go through.
I even showed them my bank notification, and the charge showing up on my account transactions right there on my phone, yet the cashier dismissed it without even properly looking at it. They acted as if I was making it up, showing zero interest in resolving the problem. Their attitude was not only ignorant but outright rude — rolling their eyes, speaking in a condescending tone, and making me feel like I was the inconvenience, even though they were the one making the mistake.
Instead of taking a moment to call a manager or check the system, they simply rang up the second charge and moved on . Now I’m left with two charges for one order and have to waste my time disputing it with my bank because the store refused to correct their error.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. The cashier’s lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and willingness to help was shocking. Another person name, Benjamin was even worst, ignorant, and super rude. I will not be returning to this location, and I recommend anyone to double-check every receipt and be prepared for poor service if there’s a problem.

I went to the store yesterday and witnessed a rude customer who didn't understand that not only the store, but also the employees took online orders. I was served by a very kind, helpful girl who was good with children. One of my sons has special needs, and she handled it very well. She also offered them cookies. I don't know her name, but if I'm not mistaken, she's from Puerto Rico. She's short. Without a second thought, she carried my children to the car, looked after them, helped me cross the street, and delivered my pizzas. We need more people like her; it would be a better world. My babies were fascinated by her and even gave her hugs. Edit-I came back and asked her name, her name is Crystal.

I was sitting out front waiting for a pickup and there were two workers horsing around at the counter area...and when I saw the one young worker literally STAND on top of the counter with his shoes MULTIPLE times and just jumping off playing around... that's when I said No thanks! I will never purchase anything here again.
If this is what they are doing in the front of the store...I can just imagine what they are doing in the back around the food.

Wait times are 1/2 hour or more if you don't order ahead of time, and when you order ahead of time, they don't even get it right. Instead of a pretzel crust, they gave us a regular dough pizza with salt sprinkled all over it and the dough wasn't fully cooked. This location used to be good overall, but its really gone down hill.

So bad. Waited 20 minutes for my one pizza and one order of bread sticks. I had to ask where my food was and the guy working the counter turned around and gave it to me off the counter. Got home and the pizza was not what I ordered and the pizza had zero sauce, just dough and cheese. This is not the first bad experience I've had here. Won't be back.

Word of advice: order online so you don’t have to wait at the store.
Unfortunately I placed my order at the store and had to wait over 30-35 minutes to get a basic order of 1 pizza and breadsticks. I was initially told 6-8 minutes when I paid which seemed a little too quick so I was expecting 15 minutes, maybe 20. However 20-25 minutes later, I was told that they were currently making my order and it will be like another 15 minutes which turned out to be around 8-10 minutes.
However the pizza was made fresh and it was good for the price that you paid for. The breadsticks weren’t as good as I once remembered them to be.
Went in today around 5 pm may 31st 2025, it was my first time ordering with the app and usi g a coupon, im pretty sure I might have messed up on the order b.j. initially helped me out and did all he could he couldn't figure it out he then went to his manager juice I belive his name was and fixed the entire situation both of these staff members handled the situation with complete care of the customer and treated me great. Thank you both for doing a great job and I apologize if I managed to slow down your orders. These guys deserve some recognition corporate!!!!!!

Service here very bad long wait times for door dashers for orders already paid for and given a time that needs picked up. Not dashers fault slow service provided .
