We have visited this pizza shop for years, the pizza is always good, employees come and go. We visited last night, there was an employee working alone, he was so kind to all the customers. Our pizza was great, he made the best of an unfortunate situation and still did his job well! It makes a big difference to have a friendly face! Our family appreciated him!

Marco's is delicious, but they may want to try training their staff to say things like "thank you" or tell the customer how long it will take for the order to be ready, or any indication whatsoever that the phone conversation is over. That was awkward.
