McDonald's

McDonald's are all about what part of town you are on because there are ones I would not eat in but this one is in the middle it's not terrible.

I just ordered today few minutes ago from the app a big breakfast that was supposed to have sausage, pancakes, hash browns and a biscuit. I went on a drive through and picked up, I came home and found out that they didn’t put sausage and pancakes. I only found out eggs, biscuit and hash browns.

Order through the app! I pulled up, gave them my code, and had my good about 2 minutes later. Fresh and hot, friendly service. Not always the standard for McDonald's, but this location nailed it!

Employee has an attitude. Food was not even warm.

Food took one hour and it was all wrong. Mold on the ice machine and customer service sucked.

The fries always seem cold. Which this time I was surprised because I went right when it switched from breakfast to lunch.

My fiance ordered online for pickup, when I showed up with her screenshot of our order they said they couldn't accept it because I didn't have her phone. The last time we ordered I didn't need her phone just the order number. Waste of time ordering online. I asked about my refund and the lady at the counter said it was pending but my money was taken out of my account and a refund would post within 7 days. What a waste of time and money. We won't be getting McDonald's again.

The McDonald’s was your typical American food, the food was hot, however the restaurant was not very clean. All the tables needed to be wiped off and the bathroom for women was dirty.

Kid-friendliness: There is an area for kids to play.

I ordered two happy meals with a drink each. When it was ready, the woman set it all loose on the counter. I asked for a bag and she gave me a nasty look before tossing a bag on the counter. I get y'all were busy, but I'm missing half of my hand so it would've been harder to carry. I didn't think it'd be that big of a deal to request a bag...

Beyond disappointed with the service I received tonight, I went through the drive thru around 8:30 mobile order, was told to pull up. They finally brought my food out but forgot 2 happy meals and a medium frie, the fries that they gave me were just thrown in the bag none were in the container. I went back through the drive thru to retrieve the happy meals and frie in which they seemed upset at me for them forgetting my food. I got the happy meals and frie which was in a medium container but it was only filled half way. I've been coming to this McDonald's damn near twice a month and the last 2 visits have been terrible service

We ordered late on a Friday night, had some of the best chicken nuggets we've ever eaten. Hot and crispy but not overly crispy.
