Terrible. The workers here just play and don’t give a damn. They will literally give you food you never even ordered. Give you sandwiches without any meat on them. Have you pay extra for specialty drinks and give you a regular drink. It’s ridiculous! Just don’t even bother eating eating here or patronizing them because why spend your money on a restaurant that doesn’t care. They don’t even clean the drinks consistently come with an old syrup taste. This last time is my last time ever eating at this location!

If you do not like onions, find a different location. This location has more times than not put onions on what is supposed to be a plain burger. They put the onions on the burgers while grilling and do not pay attention.
I ordered through DoorDash, the order ended up being delayed at least 15 minutes for who knows why. Upon recieiving my food, I noticed my sweet tea was not even halfway filled. I was given the wrong kind of McFlurry, my BigMac was missing key ingredients and smashed together horribly (cheese wasn’t even melted) not to mention all the food was completely stale. I was only refunded for what was “messed up” but I should’ve gotten all of it back. Choking down whatever that establishment believes to be food was ridiculous. Your job is not that hard. You work at McDonald’s. If you don’t want to do it right, go elsewhere.

Missed my order up forgot my food, gave me the wrong sandwich, gave me half of my large fries, downsized my drink. Went back around to get the missing items and they told us okay and we say there for Minutes probably 5+ but felt like 20+ especially at night for something simple and there's ppl behind you and everyone inside all of a suddenly disappear. A manager came to the window during their shift change and i had to inform them and they helped me get the rest of my order. They were respectful though from start to finish and i was able to get my missing items.

Where do I start with this location. A bunch of workers who don't want to work. The young adults have no customer service skills and the managers have no order amongst staff. When I first walked in a young girl was yelling for someone to take her order, when the manager of some sort came up they were going back and forth on who would take my order. The back and forth continued in the back where the young adults didn't care to assist the long line in the drive thru but was still worried with getting thier food. The manager with the black shirt continued to act as if it pained her to help anybody including her own staff. Oh, let's not forget the fact not one table was cleaned in the lobby. They need to clean house and start all the way over.
