I cannot have salt on my fries. I have worked fast food before, and have worked McDonalds. The person at the drive thru rolled there eyes when I asked for new ones because the ones he had given me had salt on them even if it was by accident. I understand sometimes the no salt fry dispenser can sometimes get salt on it however I know the difference between having new fries and fries just dropped back into the fryer that had salt on them previously. There is a HUGE difference between a fry with no salt on it, and fries that have salt but just the middle was clear due to being in the fryer, so the ends tasted like you were biting into a pocket of salt.
Not only that but every single one of these food is so old is stale and extremely cold to the point where its inedible.
We called the store and the person by the drive thru said he used fresh tongs, fresh tongs will not help any if your putting already salted fries into the fryer and then serving them as a no salt to an individual who if they have any salt on thier food can go into an overdose since I take sodium pills already for my heart condition.
It's one thing to have crappy food, its another thing to be out right rude to your customers when they come back with a problem.

So if you want a mcdonalds that is not going to treat thier customer like trash, and one that will actually fix a mistake when they make one its best to go somewhere else.

I just spent ten bucks on a meal, that even my cat (who literally eats everything) wouldnt even touch it with how old and stale everything is. I did get to eat half the McChicken but thats cause I don't mind my McChickens old, the only thing I cared about was that they didnt give me no salt fries.

Talk about unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would they are super rude there and are always out of stuff, 10/10 would never recommend. They don’t speak to you at the window and when they do they’re complain about you needing things you already asked for at the speaker.

I can not count how many times I have sain I'm allergic to perfume .I'm not the only person in the world either .The same employee has been allowed to wear an overly excessive amount even so to when my son picks up my food the cups still smell like her perfume .She only works the windows passing out drinks .I have also refused to take a drink from her hands as her hair yes hair was in the cup closed in the lid and flowing out the other side she said why won't you take the cup from me I told her to get her hair out of it .It took 3 different employees to see the long black hair. Hair is suppose to be noted I don't care if it's a weave or not .Perfume is not even allowed in the factories we make these lids at so the restaurant doesn't follow GMP protocols. It really sucks that even if I go to other locations around me they are owned priv by the same person .I do drink at least 4 ice teas a day and pass Tru there everyday . This is wear people get called names because we complain .But I feel she needs to be sent home and not wear perfume But they allow it on a daily basses so I'm either going to stop ordering from that location and I will have to stop the other lo actions as well Not only will I save 30 dollars a day I won't have to get a instant piercing headache from her damn perfume anymore. I'd probably lose weight too from not drinking that many teas on a daily basis as well .But it won't get the issue solved of an employee allowed to wear that much perfume will it .If we at the factories get sent home and fired for it so should they .GMP,s people .

Lady taking orders sounded miserable, never said thank you or anything. She came across very rude. They didn’t put a toy in my kids happy meal either. The toy isn’t an issue because my kid is 1 but the girl being rude and the toy not being there is 2 strikes. I prefer not to see a third but it seems peoples attitude are unbothered by negativity anymore but we shall see. I visited this McDonald’s on Sunday January 26 around 4ish

They forgot to include the chicken nuggets that I paid for in my online order, so i had to quickly improvise a different lunch for my hungry 2 year old granddaughter.

When we went back an hour later to ask for them, we stood there for over 10 minutes at an empty pickup counter, with employees walking right by but ignoring us, before someone finally asked what we were waiting for.

I go to McDonald's around twice a year, and give today's experience that's about 3 times too many.

I would like to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with my last two recent orders placed late at night, both of which were missing items from the bags. On December 11, 2023, at 2:05 AM, I contacted your establishment regarding this matter. Unfortunately, I experienced a high level of frustration due to the unsatisfactory customer service provided. The manager I spoke with was unprofessional and had difficulty locating my order in the system, despite the fact that I had placed the order only 30 minutes prior to my call. Additionally, I had waited in the drive-thru line for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
