Usually, I give this location a negative number because their service, attitude, and food are consistently horrible. But it was the middle of the night, and I went ahead and ordered. To my surprise, the order was both correct and hot. So this is why, for the first time, I bumped them to three stars.

I just feel like these restaurant need to start over in the sense of going back to when managers where real leaders and had standards for the younger kids getting a job. I understand good help is hard to find but when they start making examples of some of these employees an then hold the rest to a high standard, some of these restaurants while be alot better!

Older lady at the register is beyond rude, cuts you off when you're talking and then proceeded to yell at the guy after me "come on dude" etc, everyone else was pleasant but some one needs to hold her bowl of Cheerios in the morning, maybe than she wouldn't be such a jerk. Fire her, atmosphere is horrible. Because of her. Hope she sees this!

2 nights in a row I've been in the drive thru at 3 am and couldn't get any service because the manager told me the systems were down . I know he is a lazy liar because im a driver for one of the over night employees and they told me it was not true. The manager doesn't like to perform his job duties obviously and is losing a lot of profit for the billion $ chain. I will never again attempt to order from that drive thru on 3rd shift. Very frustrating.
