Noodles and Company

Wow, I have never been so disrespected by a restaraunt in my life. I order here OFTEN, and one night literally found hair in ALL of my food. I submitted a report and heard back from the shift manager, saying she’d express the feedback and send some free bowl coupons. I called back today, as it had been multiple weeks. I just wanted to confirm they had been sent out. The guy who answered not only hung up on me, but when I said I’d just come up there to talk to a manager about it. They accused me of threatening them!! Wow!! Whoever was answering the phone at 2:30pm on May 27th should be FIRED!!

This noodles went above and beyond for me. We are from a different city and I ordered pick up to the wrong Noodles. Once they discovered I ordered to the wrong place, they called that noodles themselves, refunded me, got my order corrected, and gave me a free drink while I waited! The food was done in 5min.

Today was my first time dining at Noodles and Company. The cashier was sweet and friendly. Restaurant was nice and clean. Food was delicious. Overall, I’m satisfied with the food and service I’ve received at this location.

Kind of dirty inside

So, this was our first time eating here, and definitely the last. I ordered the cajun shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. Sauce was eh, noodles weren't cooked, and i asked for NO PEPPERS, and when I got home with my food, it was FULL of peppers. I guess that's what I get for not checking my food from a place that has nothing but a bunch people that clearly don't give a shit about their customers. On their phone, talking drama, not a care in the world, and the manager, (I assume was the manager) was rude as can be. Really sad, spent almost 15 bucks on food that I didn't enjoy because of careless and mindless staff. Do better.

Usually a favorite spot of mine to get to go. This is my first time ever stepping foot inside of the restaurant and it's not bad. Food tastes great usually but I got hair this time (my hair is straight not curly so I know it's not mine, and it was near the bottom of the bowl). I noticed that the cooks nor any one at all wore a hair net, so that tracks.

Stopped by on my way to the airport for a quick bite and it was exactly that. The side salad was very small but the small pasta plate was just enough for me. Flavorful chicken and bacon Alfredo. The lady that took my order was very sweet 😊

Love the Rosa sauce!

very slow and unprofessional girl, watching her phone the whole time cooking and fixing her hair.

I ordered a meal with cucumbers and got one that was cut in half. There was a man just yelling and straight cussing and 0 working. The food was cold was nasty. Only one person was working slightly and the rest were goofing off and yelling. Kids inside the place and they kept cursing every sentence. They were too worried about their phones to even look at the orders that needed to be made.

Very unprofessional. Clearly, they are low staffed however they refuse to hire new employees. Waited 35 minutes for nothing. Do not eat here and do not apply!!!
