My God, this is the second time we've walked out of this place having not received drinks, gotten bread or having our order taken. Nothing. Sat there unattended for over twenty minutes and then left. If you're looking to sit by yourself with unbroken silencevand you're keen on fasting, then this is the place for you.

You changed brands of Nashville hot sauce... I'm not happy about that at all. You previously had be best Nashville Hot I have never tasted. Your Nashville hot tenders were the only reason I drove from licking County to come eat there. A worker said that you are now using Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. It is nowhere near as good as what you were using before.

We really like this location. The service, food quality and selection are simply excellent. If you are in the Reynoldsburg area and hungry with the kiddos, this is an option to be considered.

I haven't been to O'charley's since I moved out of Reynoldsburg in 2009. My family and I went while I was in town not too long ago...the waitress was a sweetheart and super attentive. She timed her visits to our table perfectly and never let anyone run out of beverages. My steak was cooked perfectly and my son ordered the chicken parmesan and said it was delicious. I can't wait to go back when I return to town from Pennsylvania!

Somehow never been here before! Needed a bite to eat after visiting Otherworld and we were so happy this place wasnt busy. We were seated almost immediately and our server was so sweet and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious! And honestly, i think cheaper than applebees! Definitely recommend ❤️

The food here is always great but the service was some of the worst service I’ve ever had, my waitress Brooke was cussing and I was eating with my children I found that very disrespectful even if she was joking with me we sat for almost 20 minutes before she took are order and never got are extra sauce I ordered as well as are to go boxes this will be my last time eating at this location

My son loves their salmon dinner. I come for the dinner rolls but oh how I wish they would bring back the tilapia dish...one of the best fish dinners I've ever eaten.

I really loved Tykethia’s willingness to help knowing that my to-go order was placed wrong and that my ticket was also rung up incorrectly. The manager, Mr. J helped also! I really appreciate it!
Tykethia’s customer service and personality was top tier. I’m a client experience supervisor and when I say Tykethia was attentive, had an upbeat personality, is a great problem solver, and is just good at what she does…I enjoyed her and so did my father and husband! Please go check her out at the bar!!!! I had to give it 4 stars because of her.
