The fact that 2 soft drinks adds to 10 dollars is wild. The food portions were kinda small for “inflation” times. This place is ok and the servers are all friendly from what I seen, but the prices for what you get are not worth the time.

nine months ago I went to o Charley’s in canal had a problem with soggy asparagus so management kindly gave me a curtesy coupon for 10 dollars. Well I used it today and at the same location it was like pulling teeth I had the proof but they still kept questioning me. I was told it was free pie Wednesday but because I had the coupon which was given me as a curtesy if I used the coupon for my meal I couldn’t get the free pie or I could get free pie but not the meal?First of all it was a curtesy coupon because of the soggy asparagus so I still should have gotten the free pie. The manager seemed to have a problem with me using my curtesy coupon like I was lying. I even showed her my first review to show her I wasn’t lying even though she saw the coupon on my phone.My friend got a free pie with her meal but was never given her pie. I had to ask another server to give her my friend’s pie. The meal was better but I should’ve gotten the pie and I should’ve been question so much about my coupon. I’m not saying don’t eat there I just wanted to share my second experience there. The waitress even said she didn’t know why they were making it so hard.
