This is the second time two of my girls and I went here, however we had the same perfect person a whole year later and his the best.

The waiter asked for tip when my family's bill, was already $120.00 and you are not supposed to ask for it tip that is our choice I'd we decide she didn't know or care if we had money for a tip I should have reported to a manger she didn't ask the other people for tip she took advatange of the fact that we black and she was a black older lady to our own people do each other the worst,I think I will call management and tell on her she over stepped her boundaries with and3 my family and was very rude jealous and outspoken and arrogant. Next time I will ask for another professional waiter she tool advatange of the fact that we nice people.I won't go back to this location again unless I'am desperate for,Italian.

Brittney is the best server!! 10/10 service. She’s super sweet, funny, and food came out perfect every time. She has amazing suggestions if you’re unsure what to get. We love her and will be back !!

I really do not like this location. I’ve had a problem with my food each and every single time. I used to live in Dublin and visited the sawmill location frequently which I never had any issues with. The food was always made perfectly, it was hot and fresh, and good customer service. But this location.. first time I ordered my pasta it was all sauce and no cheese. It’s called a five cheese ziti. Second time they gave me breadsticks hard as a rock. I will not be returning here

Salad is cold, breadsticks are good when hot, meals are good in this stock standard chain. Lighter portion menu available in some dishes is nice since it’s likely to have enough calories from breadsticks and salad alone.

We arrived around 9pm. They close at 10, so I wasn't expecting top notch service, and that's a good thing. We were just going to sit at the bar. When we sat down, the bar tender very agitatedly looked at his watch and then back at us. So we were like, uh is it ok we sit here? The hostess said it was fine. And he's like, well I was just closing before you sat down. So we were like ok we'll just go get a table instead. At the table there was this persistent smell of egg. I couldn't figure it out until I realized it was coming from the plates. Gross. Waited forever for a box to go home.
