Horrible experience. I made an online order and went through the drive thru to receive it, which I’ve done multiple times before. Had to repeat the name for the order multiple times at the speaker and when I get to the window they tell me I have to come inside to receive my food. Inside I’m asked at least a dozen more times what the name is for my order while most of the workers are walking around like they have absolutely no clue what they’re doing. I even watched them put the wrong chicken on someone’s order and when they were corrected they just took the chicken off and put it back with the rest of the chicken they serve to customers??? I don’t think I’m going to be back after this trip.

I ordered the string bean chicken breast with chow main- There was three pieces of chicken in the bowl… And the chicken that was in the bowl was dry… I usually don’t leave a review on a place after one bad experience, but this place continues to disappoint me.

It’s low quality, Chinese food at high prices-it’s comparable to a crappy buffet

Actually didn’t even get food tonight. You have too teach you employees how to wash there hands after mopping sweeping than walk back behind the line asked was she gonna change her gloves after see her sweep the lobby. Grab a pan and give to the cook grab the cc machine gave door dash order out and went back to lobby to sweep all with the same gloves on that is cross contamination and that why it food poisoning in fast food restaurants

Due to dietary restrictions I am unable to eat the food options at Panda Express. However, my husband and son usually enjoys the food at this restaurant, until their most recent experience (1/23/25). According to my husband, the foods appearance and taste were agreeable to the eye and taste buds. However, throughout the night my son was in and out of the restroom with an upset stomach. By morning my husband was making the same trips. He too, had an upset stomach, feeling nauseated and physically weak. They both are very sick and the common denominator is “Panda Express”.

Got a kids meal today not too long ago, asked for rice and noodles and beef and broccoli, they gave my child 2 pieces of meat and all that broccoli. The portion is more broccoli than meat. It should be even portions. Not satisfied at all.

This store was a joke everything I order was 90 percent veggies no meat I ask for 1/2 rice and 1/2 noodles i got 4 noodles food was delivered mad late it was cold when I called the store I was hung up on by the manager called headquarters

The male manager is definitely hands on and extremely personable! The line was super long, but moving at a good pace. We dined outside on their covered patio, which was relaxing. I was shocked that none of the food staff or manager had on gloves, which surprised me, but I said nothing since I did not necessarily see any of them picking their nose or wiping sweat off their face, AND my husband did not want me to say anything. If by myself I simply would have asked the manager if they could put on serving gloves because to me it’s unsanitary. 4 seating room tables needed to be cleared of spilled food, which after 15 minutes or so did get wiped, which was great as it obviously was a small but pleasant area to sit if seats were available. Food was tasty though they almost couldn’t keep up with foods needed such as rice. Again, there were around 12-15 folks in line, but all were very patient and that manager was extremely upbeat and helping with all roles!? Yes! I will recommend, but I will want food staff wearing gloves!

Vegetarian options: None other than white rice and broccoli with cauliflower! My husband is Vegan and that’s all he can get that is Vegan. He is in the health field and my background is in PR & Education. We’re in our very! early 60s.
