Ordered rapid-pick up. Got there early, was asked to pull up. I pulled into the “drive-thru pick up spot 1”. I waited for literally 30 minutes (7:05-7:35) before going back through the drive thru. The lady handed it to me and when asked how long it was sitting she stuttered and said 10 minutes then said about 5. I asked why they didn’t bring it to me she said I told you to pull around. I swear she didn’t say that, but if she did and I misheard, they should have at least looked at their drive-thru waiting spot! Icing on the cake was I got home and they forgot my mom’s soup, which was the only thing she ordered! Very frustrating.

Don't go here for breakfast, especially if you order it to go. Tried several times and the food has not been good. The croissants were smushed flat every time. Last straw, we ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they didn't cut the bagel or supplied knife for the cream cheese or any napkins for a to go order.

I order 4 egg and bacon sandwiches to go and when I got home none of them had bacon and one of them barely had any egg. The sandwiches were also ice cold and I live 5 minutes from there. This is the worst. I will never get Panera again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. One male employee was aimlessly walking around, while two female employees were on their phones and ignored customers needing help. I asked for hazelnut and light coffee, but both were completely empty. When I asked the staff, they seemed annoyed and rolled their eyes, as if they didn’t want to be there.
After they finally replaced the coffee, I went to fill my cup and found that it was full of unfiltered coffee grounds — clearly not prepared properly. When I asked for a new cup, the male employee responded with a rude attitude.
This kind of service is unacceptable. The environment felt unprofessional and unhealthy. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Understaffed. Only one cashier took over 15 minutes to take 2 orders because they are also taking care of the baked goods/ bagels. Lost half my lunch break and still had 2 people in front of me….. walked out. Management is a complete failure
