i ordered a chicken salad few minutes bf they closed, they gave it to me without chicken but charge me the regular price…like i saw them taking longer with my order like they were out of chicken …they finally made the worse choice, lie and gaslight the costumer…it would be easy to come back and said hey we ran out of chicken-I would charge my order…

They were out of the bread (ciabatta) for the sandwich we wanted, out of cilantro for the other sandwich we ordered and they were annoyed with me because I asked for my sandwich with meat and cheese only and he already made it regular so he had to remake it. Then you cant just get a side of any other bread the only one they have is the French baguette hard as hell soaked it in my soup to make it edible. Atmosphere the one stall was a mess and paper towel dispenser wasn't working.

My daughter and I were quickly greeted by a nice young lady named Charnae but she said she goes by Nay. She was very nice and friendly and made our food fresh and offered a sample of a refresher I had never had before to see if I would like it. This location is very nice and food delicious. Definitely going back here. ❤️❤️

I want to thank Ms. Yolonda at this location for providing the absolute best customer service. She was very nice and attentive. This will be my go-to Panera location! Loved and needed that Chicken Wild Rice Soup on that cold day!

Asked for baguette and was told they didn't have any. The person at the register then gave me attitude when I asked what other bread I could purchase. Haha could you imagine?

Prices are waaayy too high for this economy. You literally could go to a sit down restaurant and have a three-course meal! 🙃
The food can sometimes be good but never come to the drive through if you have somewhere to be or children who aren’t expecting to wait 20 minutes, it can be a 20 minutes drive through wait.
They will also mess up an order but sometimes they try
Great atmosphere and environment. Very clean restaurant and excellent service. Food 10/10.

Panera absolutely fell off. The price keeps going up but the food quality keeps going down. The grilled cheese was spongy and fowl. The autumn squash soup (I used to love) also tasted fowl. I love pumpkin seeds but they basically filled the entire soup cup with them so I had to scoop them all out. I couldn’t get any soup in the bite. I tried my boyfriend’s tomato soup and I immediately spit it out. Tasted like OLD expired Cambells canned tomato soup. Panera did not used to be so gross.. spent $55 on food and it’s all wasted. So now money is wasted, sick, and still hungry. I would not even eat here for free.

Well for starters they were out of bread bowls at 12pm. Crazy lol. Then I got the Chipotle chicken avocado melt that had I mean as big as a quarter of avocado on my sandwich. Was very displeased by such. Along with my Mac and cheese was cold right when I got it, good thing they have a microwave I guess. Seems like they have an issue if you need a microwave on the floor.
Along with there new ciabatta dipper does not come with anything to dip it in. It is quite false advertising. To then realize I did not get our free French baguette with the meal.
Food was just very disappointing, haven’t been there in over 3 years and will probably be another 3 to try again.

I’ve always loved Panera Bread, and this Reynoldsburg/Pickerington location is one of my favorites. The staff is consistently friendly, the restaurant is clean and cozy, and the food is always fresh. I especially love their bagels with cream cheese and the Pick 2 menu — my go-to combo is the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt paired with the Broccoli Cheddar Soup (comfort food perfection!). Their Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad is another favorite when I want something lighter but still filling. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Panera never disappoints!

Staff is rude and disrespectful, they don’t care about their job and the manager has no control over his employees and how they treat customers and the food is not worth it go somewhere else
