Update: They're not serious about addressing issues. I've contacted them twice per the response of the business. No response.

This location has gotten terrible lately. Ordered in-store about a month ago. Was given someone else's order. I ordered online today for pickup and the order was wrong. Ordered a cheese steak on white bread with sauteed onions. Got multi-grain bread and raw onions. Tried it and it was awful. Threw it away. Contacted corporate and requested a refund.

Why is it when I ask for extra mayo, the employees doesn't give me any at all? Extra mayo means Extra not zero.

Sat for 20 minutes inside after ordering with no one else in the building before me. New guy behind counter had no idea what he was doing and the “trainer” next to him couldn’t help much either. Bad vibes with mid to low tier food. Go elsewhere

The food was fresh, hot, and it was ready fast.
I had the pleasure of being serviced by Amy and she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, willing to help, and had a smile on her face the whole time!
I'll definitely be coming back soon!

Just dined in at this place and ordered a regular Dagwood with extra ham, provolone, bacon, and pepperoni. My boyfriend also got a regular Philly with a large fry and a drink. The total was $41. My sub came out first and half the bread was showing because there was about 5 shreds of ham on the sub. The pepperoni also didn’t make it on the sub. My boyfriend’s sub was also pretty light on the meat and cheese. My boyfriend took my sub up to the front and asked if the amount of ham on the sub was really double. The manager said it was weighed out to 5oz so yes. When we walked in there were 3/5 employees on break talking loudly in an empty (other than my boyfriend and I) restaurant about a crappy co worker. They then all returned to the clock and continued their loud personal conversations. All of which I honestly would’ve overlooked had we not been completely screwed over on our food.

I have been to this location several times and I am not sure if it was because of Zach or the multigrain bread, all I know for sure is it was the best Penn Station I have had in years. It was so good that I want more already and I just left.

We don’t get to go to penn station often, but I was in the area and my husband asked me to bring him a sub to work. The food was fresh and hot! The customer service was ON POINT! I wish I had caught their names, but 2 young men were working and they were absolutely delightful!
