Grabbed a boil bag to share with my older relatives downtown and it was still piping hot when I arrived!!!! Claws are large and flavor is amazing. Couldn't ask for more!

Just here to share my experience

Me and my sister get crab boils on a semi weekly basis, we’ve been going to this Pier 11 franchise for YEARS now. We go in on a Sunday, it’s not busy at all, we’re seated pretty quickly. Once seated we don’t waste time, we know what we want, because again we do this on a very regular basis. I order my regular, C1 add 1/2 lb crawfish, two potatoes and switch the egg for the corn, Medium Old Bay… As I’m ordering he’s looking at me weird, I pray no mind and my sister orders her food, a C1 boil add 1/2 lb crawfish, 1/2 lb crab legs four potatoes, two corns, Medium Old Bay. It may seem like a lot, but again, she does this every trip. After she orders he asks who’s paying for it,, very weird but we say separate checks. He says “We have a new policy you have to pay before you eat” We look at each other confused my sister says, “When did this policy go in to effect?” He says “It’s a new policy” She says “I understand that but when did it go into effect?” He says “If you don’t like it you can leave” She says “Okay that’s fine but when did it go into effect because we were just here LAST WEEK and you didnt say anything“ He says “You were at this location?” We both say “YES, literally spent almost $100, at THIS LOCATION” He says “No you didn’t, when?” We literally open up our banking apps and I say “Monday, May 20, my card was swiped for $79.12, with a cash tip.” He has nothing to say. So we scooted up out of there and left.

Never spend your money where you’re not wanted. And for those wondering,, yes we’re black.

Great food and better service. Opens at 11:30 so if you go for lunch, you should have next to no wait time. Staff and food are always good in my experience.

Food was pretty good, but quite literally one of the worst services I’ve ever encountered. I worked in the restaurant industry for 4 years, so I am at least approaching this with some experience.

got refills once in the whole 1.5 hours we were there. Server never checked on us and had an attitude.

Amazing experience! Even though they were short staffed, they took our party of 14 & did a wonderful job. You couldn’t tell they were short staffed. Food & service was great! We will definitely be back. Thank you Pier 11 Reynoldsburg!

Both the Greeter and the Hostess was spot-on. I'm talking about Patient, Helpful, Courteous, etc. And The Seafood Boils Tasted PERFECT, in a well-kept/clean establishment. Me and my spouse wanted seafood. Cajun boil was closed due to a transformer blowing so we decided to give pier 11 a try. I ordered a seafood bag Hot sauce and it was just straight butter no seasoning or anything. My spouse ordered the same but medium. All of his crab clusters were literally empty no meat. I’ve never seen that before. We told our server and she spoke with her manager for him to say it was nothing he could do for us because it’s a hit and miss if you get meat or not. Ok well if that’s the case take it off the menu. Atleast compensate that’s the reason he ordered that specific bag was for crab legs. He could’ve ordered the lobster one if that’s the case. He literally went back and forth trying to explain that’s what happens a lot. I’ve never had that issue at any seafood restaurant. My first and last time coming here.

We like to try random local spots after we go for a hike at the metro parks in Cbus. Stopped here because it intrigued us. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was friendly and the food was amazing. As a fan of seafood boils, I look forward to returning.
