Both the Greeter and the Hostess was spot-on. I'm talking about Patient, Helpful, Courteous, etc. And The Seafood Boils Tasted PERFECT, in a well-kept/clean establishment. Me and my spouse wanted seafood. Cajun boil was closed due to a transformer blowing so we decided to give pier 11 a try. I ordered a seafood bag Hot sauce and it was just straight butter no seasoning or anything. My spouse ordered the same but medium. All of his crab clusters were literally empty no meat. I’ve never seen that before. We told our server and she spoke with her manager for him to say it was nothing he could do for us because it’s a hit and miss if you get meat or not. Ok well if that’s the case take it off the menu. Atleast compensate that’s the reason he ordered that specific bag was for crab legs. He could’ve ordered the lobster one if that’s the case. He literally went back and forth trying to explain that’s what happens a lot. I’ve never had that issue at any seafood restaurant. My first and last time coming here.

We like to try random local spots after we go for a hike at the metro parks in Cbus. Stopped here because it intrigued us. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was friendly and the food was amazing. As a fan of seafood boils, I look forward to returning.

This is one of the seafood restaurant that seafood didn't taste like seafood, hard to convince myself to go back again.

My family and I have eaten both in the restaurant and done takeout numerous times -- food is always top notch! My in-laws request this when they visit from out of town. Our favorite proteins are blue crab and shrimp, then we add noodles, potatoes, corn, and sausage. The Pier 11 sauce is the perfect topper! You can request your spice level, too. We do takeout more so have more experience with the people at the front counter, but they've always been friendly and helpful. Once they forgot our corn in our boiling bag and were very responsive about correcting the issue. Inside is large and decorated in a cool way. We've never sat at the bar, but it looks really nice. Parking is plentiful in a shared lot right in front of the restaurant. I wouldn't call us "regulars" because our budget doesn't allow, but we go fairly often and will definitely be back again. I recommend checking them out!
