Ordered pizzas last night and I specifically included in the order that I wanted extra sauce and there was no extra sauce. The pizzas were extremely dry!

The crust was not firm enough. The pizza was really greasy. I warmed it up on my griddle was lid to over it and tasted better the next day. The boneless wings were not good to me at all. Good customer service

Ordered a pizza it never arrived. Called the restaurant and they said call DoorDash for reorder or refund. I did not order through DoorDash. DoorDash said they could only refund. Called the restaurant again, got put on hold for 25 minutes before they said they’d resend my order. It didn’t arrive either so I called the restaurant a third time. Manager put me on hold for FIFTY MINUTES then someone hung up. Called back only to find out the manager left and now they can’t do anything, call back tomorrow after 4!! Awful service and they take no accountability

This store’s employees constantly miss items on your order for both pickup and even when it’s delivery. They missed an entire pizza from my order tonight and shut off their phones 10 minutes early so I couldn’t even come get my missing and fully paid for food.
Please hire workers who can take the time to read the order and have the ethics to work their entire shift.

Ordered online and they canceled my order because “they didn’t have door dash drivers” and I DID NOT order through door dash. Called in around 8:30pm and the guy was very rude and still claimed it was because of door dash. Will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again.

I will never order from pizza hut again. We ordered food when we lost power tonight, and waited almost a half hour after the estimated delivery time to call, because I assumed they would be busy because of the power outtage and being friday night. It wasn't until I called the store, I found out that my order had been canceled and nobody communicated anything to me at all. The only thing the employee said was "yeah sorry I had to cancel some orders". The employee did nothing to try to make anything up to us for screwing us over. Terrible customer service, terrible system set up for deliveries, and I'll never do this again with this company.

They mess up my order I ordered hand tossed pizza and got pan Crest and no and forgot my 2 pop and no one is answering the phone and I talk to a manager 3 days ago and said i would get a refund and still don't get it. And I will never order from pizza hut again

There was nothing good about this Pizza Hut i wouldn’t eat here . Hire drivers stop 3 party with doordash it allows no one to take accountability ..the door dasher never brought my food and i called Pizza Hut cause i order it through the app i call 5 times 3 no answer and 2 ppl hung up on me the moment i mentioned doordash they must deal with this all the time but that’s not my problem i spent 30 dollars on food and can’t get nobody on the phone .. now i would be wrong if i just went up there ……
I went to this Pizza Hut location for the first time. I got my food in a timely manner and everything looked very good. Unfortunately there was brown hair in my fries and in the boneless wings. I was disgusted and threw the food away. I am very disappointed at the hygiene practices of this restaurant. I’ve been to several Pizza Hut locations and never experienced this before. I will look to get refunded.

I called this to make up visit because my previous order was severely late, but Pizza Hut made it right without me even complaining. I was offered a free pizza that came in handy when I had all of my nieces and nephews that weekend. The food was great and freshly made.
Horrid, nightmare experience. Go elsewhere. The experience was absolutely horrendous. I had a soccer team to feed- I ordered 5 hours ahead of time- 8 pizzas, 2 breadsticks and 18 garlic parm wings. What was delivered was not that- I only got the pizzas and 1 order of breadsticks. Where was my other order of breadsticks and my wings? Also, the order was 1 HOUR LATE in delivering. I called the restaurant MANY times and was constantly transferred. I think I spoke to at least 5-6 different employees. PLUS they say they deliver but they use DoorDash/ so how much was that additional charge? Lack of transparency, lack of ownership and taking accountability. Utter lack of customer service. I would recommend you go elsewhere. You can’t even get through on their lines. They stopped taking my calls.
