Cake was very mediocre for the price and the baking manager Was beyond lazy and unprofessional who tried to make every excuse in the book to not fulfill the order .

No customization. Only what is in their book which has been reduced to a few pages!!! Use to be a 10 but now I wouldn't even give it a 1

Ordered the unicorn cake for my friend's birthday. I picked specific colors when I ordered it. The colors were not correct at all. I will not be ordering cake from here again.

Today SAMS Club did not have two of the items on my list. Very disappointed since Costco didn't have them either. We went around 12:30pm and there was only one stand giving samples. Other than that it was a successful trip.

Wow, I've been shopping at Sam's Club since 1992, back when they were called "Sam's Warehouse". When I was first introduced to them, there were no personal/individual memberships. It was for businesses. The organizations were given 6(?) membership cards, that were distributed among certain employees for purposes of bulk purchases. My boss would often let me use his card to shop and I tell you, I fell in love fast! My wife and I would shop for items for home parties, meat and various products for our apartment. They had EVERYTHING! Electronics and accessories, furniture, dairy, meat, produce, canned goods, etc. Just like a grocery store, but now I could purchase a case of pop tarts, or a large package of ground beef, fish fillets, chicken, pop, etc. It was heaven on earth, dude! Now, years later, the scene is the same, but consumers can purchase their own memberships for an annual membership fee. They offer great deals and make it easier to shop for food items by placing food sampling stations in multiple locations. This has helped us by introducing us to things we wouldn't have normally tried in the past. I think the greatest discovery for me was Canadian Steak Seasoning, which blew me away when I tried it on steak. I use that on everything and am so glad that I can buy a super-large container because I go through it quickly. Same holds true for rice, gatorade, chicken wings (of so many varieties), pork chops - you name it, I buy it because we have 4 hungry young men in our household now. They also have online shopping, a bakery, deli, pharmacy, a photo development center and eye doctor and glasses. I also can't forget the surprise I got during Black Friday shopping one year. I didn't intend to go to Sam's, but I decided I'd stop in and they had set up free juice, coffee and muffins for the customers in the dining area! Love me some Sam's...

Not perfect, but my go to location for Columbus. Bulk carts for bulk items. Many at a discount, but be a good shopper, and you will walk past plenty of items. Selling all grocery items. Dry. Canned. Frozen. Fresh. Refrigerated. Bakery. Butcher. Paper. Selling clothing, household accessories, electronics, office, furniture, garage. Lets add in separate professional departments of Pharmacy, optical, cellular, tire, snacks and photo lab. I can verify that many prescriptions are still a better price here. I also feel that the Christmas cards we ordered 3 times were of quality high caliber. I have used the Tire installation department on 3 occasions. They also completed some hassle free warranty work, as well as free air/tire checks. I have since let my membership go. I became a better shopper at other stores that let me buy smaller quantities at a value. There are still many reasons for others to keep the membership. Large families. Businesses. Lot's of prescriptions or optical needs. I usually still visit here annually with a card holder and sometimes pick up something I can't live without. Try it on a very busy Weekend, and you will be rewarded with a great many samples to taste or take home.

I ordered a refrigerator from Sam's Club online Dec 2nd with an estimated delivery date between Dec 11th and Dec 19th. We needed the refrig by Christmas Day for hosting our traditional family breakfast, so the outside date of the 19th seemed safe. On the 19th I hadn't heard from Sam's about delivery, so I called and was informed refrig was being shipped to their third party delivery vendor Innovel Solutions. Innovel called me on Dec 20th and scheduled delivery for Saturday Dec 23rd. The morning of the 23rd, the delivery driver called and advised that they would be at my home between 3pm and 5pm. After 5pm and no delivery, I called Innovel who told me that the refrig would be delivered by 6pm. After 6pm, I called Innovel and was told they had lost contact with driver, but assured me refrig would still be delivered that day. After 9pm and still no delivery, I called Sam's Club who advised me that they also were unable to contact their "Delivery Team", but that refrig may still be delivered that night. The refrig was never delivered and we never heard back from Sam's Club or Innovel until I called Sam's Club on Tuesday the 26th. Sam's Club advised that the driver had an injury on the scheduled delivery date, so my refrig was being shifted to another truck for scheduling. The refrig was subsequently delivered to us on Wednesday the 27th. The refrig delivery men who actually showed up were great and the refrig itself is very nice. However, the lack of communication and poor customer service from both Sam's Club and Innovel Solutions regarding the missed delivery date is unacceptable. I understand that accidents happen and would have understood that they were unable to deliver the refrig as scheduled, if I was so informed. But I do not understand the disrespect they showed by making us sit around all afternoon and evening waiting for a delivery that they should have known was not going to happen. Consequently, I would not recommend ordering items requiring delivery from Sam's Club, if the estimated or scheduled delivery time is important.

My latest well most recent addition. I find great deals on foods I love and today a Philosophy dress normally $88 for under $20!! Great deals on business supplies for the office or your own business even restaurant! They have a huge bag of Jasmine rice that I eventually will buy once I have room in my pantry! Sadly they have discontinued the pulled pork sandwich that my husband and I loved to split and shade. But they still have our favorite frozen yogurt that we share that remains $.99. Check Sam's Club website before you shop to see the instant savings items and many times our favorite items are on sale under the instant savings which the lower price appears at checkout. Well worth a membership and yummy samples every Sunday afternoon/early evening!!

I don't really review stores, so let me just get to the food. I had a friend post a picture of a frozen yogurt that had strawberries and other berries and I was really surprised when she told me she got it from Sam's Club. I would never have though to go here for frozen yogurt, but now I go here often when I want it. It's really good. I'll post my pictures of it, but it doesn't really do it justice.

I love to shopping here. Great prices for less comparable to bulk. If I could shop here every day I would. This location isn't sams best but its all good. I mean I have a large family and I recommend this place for anyone

Shopping wise it's exactly what I need to buy meal materials in bulk. The only negative thing the night shift cashiers ,( some not all) there have been 4 occasions where while being checked out the teen/young adults cashiers where carrying on full fledged conversations about what party they were going to, or where engaged in text message conversations . I literally purchased a treadmill and the cashier didn't greet me our attempt to sale me a store warranty. My solution is I go to older cashiers if they are there at night.

I'm not a fan of Sam's Club, personally. However, my church has an account their to buy toiletries and cleaning products. So, when they need a restocking, it's of the Sam's. Several trips to this location. I always feel like this chain is lacking something... For instance, Costco, while it is also bulk seems to have better quality clothing; their own line, Kirkland, seems to appeal more than Sam's. At Sam's, I feel like I'm in a FedEx warehouse. Also, prices seem high on some stuff - more specifically, stuff that is not economy size/bulk. This place does do the trick for toilet paper, multi-purpose cleaner, paper plates, cups, etc., however.

Buying in bulk saves a lot of money -- especially around the holidays! They don't have special flavors, which is usually not an issue. My favorite part is their pharmacy... they aren't a private pharmacy, so legally anyone can use the pharmacy. Their prices are SO much lower with a lot if not all medications compared to CVS etc, and even lower if you have a plus card... this is extremely helpful when purchasing medicaitons w/o insurance - pets. And the staff - including the pharmacists - are extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend!

I have never experienced such terrible service. On a Wednesday before Thanksgiving all the credit card machines are not working. The lines are insane Is this a terrorist plot?
