Smokey Bones Reynoldsburg

This was a very disappointing experience. We waited around 10 minutes after our food was delivered before receiving silverware, which meant our food sat untouched. Despite asking, we never received refills. Unfortunately, the most frustrating part was the interaction with the manager, Derek, who was incredibly disrespectful. Customer service was severely lacking

Tasia behind the bar was on point - quick, attentive, friendly. Food was great.

Tasia was an excellent waitress. She took care of us right when we sat down up until she delivered the bill. We would 100% come back to see her. The food was good and came out fast.

My wife and I frequently visit Smokey bones for a dinner date or if we’re stopping through Reynoldsburg.
We had excellent service from the waitress. She came to our tables several times with refills and to ask if we needed anything even though the restaurant was busy.

The fries were great, and everything tasted fine until we received our ribs.
As I’ve said we’ve been here several times and we are used to fall off the bone, delicious and moist ribs when we visit.
The last 2-3 times we’ve been they’ve been very dry and tough (and this time they had a funk smell/taste).
It had a good smoke ring but with how deep it was I assume they were cooked too hot/too fast. “Dirty smoke” could account for the smell/taste and deep smoke ring.
However, being an establishment that specialized in smoked meat should know that and get it figured out.

I’d rather have a longer wait and get a good meal then have a 20 minute wait just to get a rack of ribs as tough as the plate they came in on.

Service was slow from the start, it took forever to place our drink order. Food came out and the portion of fries was extremely pathetic. We said something about it, and they did bring more fries but it was probably 20 minutes later. We were then told refills on drinks were on the way, but we never got them. One member of our party had to get up to flag down the server to come back over so we could ask for the check. She asked how things were for us, and we said it was disappointing that we didn’t get refills. She said, “Sorry, there’s only 3 servers and they are overloading us.” It wasn’t that busy when we got here. When we left, there were 7 tables occupied in the restaurant. 7 tables for 3 servers shouldn’t result in such poor service. The apology wasn’t very genuine, and a small discount probably should’ve been offered, but it wasn’t. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. Very disappointing.
