This location has been closed for over a month. What’s going on? They recently renovated and it says they are open online but are always closed and have cones blocking their drive thru. What’s going on?
Closed. Seems these clowns are on strike.
This store has been closed for over a month and the corporate office doesn't know why?! You guys suck.
They're always amazing and helpful. When my brain won't do brain stuff without coffee, the staff basically will hold my hand. So patient, so thorough. Rarely am I on the receiving end of mistakes. These people are doing the work that keeps the Universe flowing.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks consistently for the past year and a half, and in all that time, I’ve never had an experience that made me not want to return. Even on the rare occasions when my drink has been made incorrectly, the staff has promptly remade it with a smile and genuine appreciation for my understanding.
This location is often out of my way, yet I choose to come here because of the exceptional service and consistent quality.
Thank you as a big shout out to the opening staff on August 11, 2025. Great job!

Not a fan of being forced to tip. I absolutely tip every single time but the holding the entire thing out of the window on a rainy day and having to find a button with a glare on the screen and having to find where I have to press to take my payment. & people waiting is ridiculous. You make a lovely drink but it's not okay I will always respect a barista and tip and compliment but I do not like having a machine shoved in my face
I'm not sure who they have making the drinks lately in the mornings, but they've been terrible. My go to is the iced hazelnut shaken espresso. Its like they aren't shaking the oatmilk before pouring it so it's all separated immediately. I also haven't tasted any hazelnut syrup the last 4 times I've ordered. Just takes like oatmilk and espresso. I typically order doordash, so I can't comment on service or atmosphere. I've never had this problem until recently (last week and this week). Whoever is making the drinks - either retrain or get them gone because they either have no clue or just don't care.
I do drive thru so atmosphere isn't really a thing.
Lately I have encountered more shops unable to fulfill my order due to out of stock ingredients.
Also, I really wish I could get Trenta matcha and chai drinks.
And I wish more atarbucks put cups of water on the list of things one can order thru the app

I am very disappointed to see what this location has become. Not sure if this is this specific location or just what Starbucks has become. I went in today to pick up my
Mobile order. I find out when I arrive that the WiFi is down. Okay, things happen. However the baristas were not apologetic at all and had an attitude. I had an estimated wait time of 3-6 minutes when I placed my order and by the end of it I waited over 20. I will not be visiting this location anymore. The baristas are not friendly and the vibes are cold. I’d rather go to the nice barista inside the Kroger down the street.

My husband and I stopped at this location (E. Broad in front of Target) and ordered our usual. We waited 20 mins in the drive thru, once we got our coffees and just seeing them being handed it to us they were not made right at all! I get iced coffee and there was no ice or caramel and it was blended-an iced caramel macchiato is NOT blended, comes with ice and caramel and my husband’s caramel frappe with extra caramel and 2 shots affogato-there was no caramel and shots were not on the whip. We were already running late for a place we had to be at so we just took it and left. Our coffees tasted like SOAPY BATH WATER!!! So disappointing!!! Our breakfast was good though. Even though we were running late we needed our coffee so we stopped at another Starbucks on E. Broad St by Mt Carmel and they did it right!!! DO BETTER STARBUCKS ON E. BROAD IN FRONT OF TARGET!!!!! We will never be back!

The woman at the window (January 2nd ) was very rude). This location is going down hill. I get being short staffed but that doesn't excuse rudeness. I much prefer the Taylor Square location
