Staff is unfriendly shows a favoritism vibe not cool..in greeting..a little racist..drinks take 20 min . avoid.even if there's 4 staff on there slow on purpose..management..oh I forgot she's the ringleader haha ..time to retrain and get customer service skills..your morning cup of coffee should not be met with attitudes smirks and weirdness..learn customer service .bad habits corrupt..good character....fire the whole staff..not trainable act like there in a circus act..

Bathrooms were dirty and toilet paper was all over the floor. Went through the drive through. It still takes 15-20 min just for a coffee. I wish Starbucks would reconsider mobile orders because drive thru was fine until mobile orders. Now it's like mobile orders get priority, which is rude to your other customers

By far the worst experience I’ve had at any SB location. Terrible customer service and my drink bland after paying for extras. It wasn’t even busy and the ball was dropped. I don’t like making a big deal about experiences but paying for overpriced drinks and can’t even get a look in the face or acknowledgement is disappointing. Do better.

Edit: my drink was as bad as I thought. The flavor was more at the bottom. Customer service was still bad.

Unless you like being talked down to by staff with a room temperature IQ, this is not the place for you. Drive thru can’t comprehended the words Iced, Pumpkin or Chai. This store never takes less than 10 minutes to get me thru the line anyhow. It’s easier and will leave a positive impact on your life if you act like this Starbucks is nonexistent.

My worst experience ever. I’ve been going to Starbucks for decades but this is the very first time I had to face an absolute rude person. It bothered me more to find out she is the shift leader. I’m ok with slow service but can’t stand someone who is rude like her. Specially to little kids. I love Starbucks but I can’t see myself coming back to this specific location. Give her more training and this is the month where she needs to be a little nice to disabled person!

Without doubt my worst experience at a Starbucks ever. 20 mins to get a simple coffee when there was no one in the restaurant. No cars in the drive thru when we arrived. Yet all cars showing up after us were prioritized over us. 3 employees were in the store. 1 working on orders. 1 somewhere inside and 1 busy on her phone. Absolutely rude behavior when asked if my coffee would take a while. Then they got my wife's order wrong - added whipped cream when specifically asked not to. When my wife asked, they made it sound like they were doing us a favor. And instead of remaking the drink, they just skimmed off the whipped cream off the top. No regard for customer preferences or concern for allergies.

Absolute joke. Literally waited 30 minutes for an iced coffee! Staff was busy talking to each other instead of actually working. I’ve never been so irritated in my life getting a coffee - so were the other 15 people in there.
