Incident happen on 9/9 @8:50AM The supervisor that claim she was a supervisor needs to be fired ask for her manager she refused to provide me with that information, the staff needs to be fully re-evaluated. Customer service is horrible and they not attentive to their customers. They rush your drinks and food both are very nasty. Don’t resolve issues when you have a problems. Too busy talking to one another and not doing what they being paid to do and that’s working staff need to be aware that people are stopping here before work so be attentive to the customers !!! DO NOT COME TO THIS STARBUCKS WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER RECEIVED!!!!!! SO IM WARNING OTHERS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME BEFORE HEADING TO WORK AT THIS STARBUCKS ITS ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH THIS LOCATION ! I Will be contacting corporate put in this complaint as well!

I get equal opportunity but if they can’t do the job train them or find a job they can do u should not have to wait 30 mins to get a refresher because they don’t know how to use a computer and they still can make the refresher
