Almost everytime I order on the app and pick up my food my sub is not toasted like it should be. I’ll even ask if they toasted one and they say they did but it’s not.
I am pregnant and cannot eat cold deli slices, it’s not safe for the baby. I am sick of them putting my baby’s health at risk. Luckily I catch it and will either heat it up at home or have them do it if I check before leaving the drive through. But it’s frustrating that they lie about it.

Younger guy super unprofessional was out of a lot of things had to ask another guy to come stock half of the items was throwing my ingredients onto my sandwich putting as little ingredients as possible not even the normal Subway standard amount.

we ordered pick up And when we got home, we checked our food. My husband’s food was completely fine and good. Mine was burnt. It has a Chard smell, and it looks inedible. We tried customer service and it just gave us to an AI and it didn’t even give us a recommendation for a refund. I just said submit feedback and that was it. I would never recommend this place.

For one i clearly asked for toasted sandwiches when they came they weren’t toasted so i immediately called , i tired to at least take a bite because hey not toasted ok but the taste of that one bite was so disgusting the food tasted old! I used to work there years ok the owner had way better employees even after i left i continued to order & they were good but now the customer service the taste of the food , the simple mistakes & they catch attitude i mean seriously! I have to consume the food I PAY FOR THEM TO MAKE why have an attitude because i changed my mind didn’t want a replacement just give me my money & I’ll go else where if my car wasn’t getting fixed i would have never dealt with them ! Just pitiful!!!

I try to get a sub 20 minutes to and the employee said he had to catch a bus and the store closes till 10 am I was there at 9:40 and he gave an excuse saying that and it's just awful service

I know we often review places to complain. But when they do a great job, props are due. I don’t know who made my sub, but they did a hell of a job. Everything was good, fresh, and the way I like it. I appreciate you guys so much.

Surida* I know I botched the spelling. But this employee is amazing..she is focused on her work making sure the customer is getting exactly what they want! But also able to enter into conversation with customer giving them a warm welcome very polite fantastic customer service! The young lady working with her , was asking for assurance or guidance on making things correct and surida handled it with grace and leadership all while continuing my order ! She deserves a raise! I will definitely be coming to this location from now on!

This keeps happening to me when I place an order online. I order a more than normal amount of sauce and they put a less than normal amount of sauce. It's as if they are not reading the order correctly.

It took about 20 min in the drive through to get my food and then I went around to get straws for my drinks that took a lil over 15 mins. Seems like one girl in in their working maybe. I don’t know if it’s short staffed or what but it wasted lots of time.

I just got fired from there TODAY after dealing with food poisoning from THEIR FOOD and calling off. Apparently I call off too much when every call off has been necessary due to being sick or handling family emergencies. I also took the bus, meaning my attendance depended on those bus schedules, and if you take the bus, you KNOW how late they can make you. Darwin, the boss, turns around and asks for my doctors notice and then fires me. NOBODY apply there if you have a life outside of work, and NOBODY eat there if you don’t wanna get food poisoning! Bad idea firing me too, but I could get paid more anywhere else. It’s not worth the $12/hr y’all.
