I have to give Sugar Rush 2 stars. To start off when I got to the store I noticed there were 2 Sugar Rush stores. I was confused as to which one to go to, but luckily I walked into the correct one. I think you should make it not confusing for new people mistakenly going to the wrong store. I see it is your new location spot, probably bigger space. Lots of food choices from cupcakes, cakes, cookies, cake pops, and adult drinks. The gentleman that was working was really nice and had great attitude. There were three other females working and they weren't friendly ( no smiles ). I'm big on how people are treating customers and employees. I saw someone walked up to the adult bar area asking for something and they were completely being ignored. I thought that was rude. Anyways I order 1 thing and that was a slice of rainbow cake. The cake took FOREVER to come out. I was sitting and waiting and waiting.... Y'all it took them 10min to cut a slice of cake and to drizzle icing on the plate. It was cute presentation and the retro fork was a nice added touch. But for real nobody doesn't want to wait 10min for a slice. There were only 4 families in there at that time. Another issue while eating my cake was, if you are making a place to not only cater to everyone with children present. You shouldn't be playing music that has offensive cuss words. When the song was playing, I saw a mother eyes open wide when she heard the words and hope her daughter didn't hear the words. Luckily the gentleman went running to the back to change the song. Lastly the prices it all depends on what you choose but it is pricey. Would I come back to here to give it a try possibly down the road.

Sugar Rush was such a vibe! My friend and I decided to go and try some of their drinks. I was very eager because I love sweets and drinks ? . We were there for maybe 3 hours and enjoyed ourselves. We had some cake (which was great) took some to go as well. The staff was so polite and didn’t hover. The owner was cool and welcoming. It was a great experience overall.

One of the best bakeries around! They have a huge selection of some of the best tasting and creative cookies and cupcakes you'll ever find. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also just opened a new storefront that's bigger with an expanded menu. You have to check them out!

The family had the following items:- Cookie Monster Cookie (me, father)- Lemon Macrons (wife)- Hot Lava on the Floor Cookie (adult daughter)I have never seen my wife so defensive over a food item in my life. She would not let me have a nibble at all. She loved the lemon macrons.My daughter absolutely loved her Lava Cookie, especially the center.The Cookie Monster on the other hand had Cookie Crisps in it that were long stale in the middle. They were the primary reason I wanted to try the cookie.We had tried one of the other cookies in the past and it was very good. So this was very disappointing.

By far this is one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. The flavors were outstanding, and the cake design was beautiful. The price of the cake was a little high, but definitely worth it. I will order from this bakery again, and I highly recommend these guys.Outside of the cake itself the support I got from Frank was incredible when designing and choosing the cake. I don’t think you can go wrong ordering from them.It’s rare these days when something exceeds your expectations and this cake certainly did.

I visited the new location with my family on a Saturday afternoon. It's literally two doors down from the old one. I love, love, love the new look. The owner greeted us and was extremely patient and attentive to me and my kids. She gave details of whatever we asked about and made suggestions. SO much to choose from. They even have coffee and spirits infused cupcake options. The kids got a cake pop and freeze dried candy. I looked over the menu and IG page and wanted to try the Blackout! My fiance was given the suggestion to try the All Dolled Up. I also ordered a cookie dough donut. The donut was delicious, of course. I asked for a fork, and they gave us these pretty rainbow colored forks. Super cute!I didn't love how much lime the Blackout had, but it was so cute, lolMy fiance didn't mind it, so we swapped. The owner checked in on us, asking how everything was. I gave my opinion, and she offered me the All Dolled Up on the house. How sweet?!Also, my son dropped his cake pop, hugging the GIANT gummy bear decor. MELTDOWN!!! She replaced it when she realized what had happened. We chilled for a second to enjoy our treats , drinks, and even a little football on the TVs.Excellent customer service. Nice place to grab something sweet for the kids or even yourself. A drink for adults or shaje fur the kids and chill.With the new space, I'm sure we'll be back when we need a sweet treat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

If I could give more stars, I would. This was our second experience with a custom cake and they are seriously amazing! Every staff member has gone above and beyond both times, and made all of our cake wishes ideas come to life- better than we could have hoped for too! We live way across the city in Hilliard and I will continue to make the drive for every event that comes up. Thank you so much to all of you for giving my little guy the very BEST birthday cake this year. It was a huge hit at the party!

I'm so grateful for Sugar Rush Columbus! They did an amazing job on my mom's 70th birthday cake; it was a showstopper! As soon as I sent the first message, they were so responsive and accommodating. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I gave them a few clues and a picture to go off of and said to make something beautiful, and they sure did! Not only was the cake stunningly gorgeous, but the taste was out of this world! Kudos to Sugar Rush Columbus for making a cake that was both visually stunning and scrumptious!

Absolutely the best bakery!! I ordered last minute for my son's graduation party, and Frank was wonderful about getting everything I wanted ready for pickup in time for the party. This is my second time using Sugar Rush Columbus, and I will never go anywhere else. Everything always looks and tastes amazing and there is a huge selection of flavors! Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love sugar rush! I’ve always gotten cupcakes or cookies from here and the never disappoint. They have a wide variety of flavors and the cupcakes are always moist and delicious. Highly recommend if your on the east side of Columbus area to stop in and get some sweets!
