So I ordered back in April and well I had a terrible experience. So I called last minute to get a rush order on a cake. The guy assured me they could do it. I ordered the cake for my friend and let them know the theme was “Season of Bloom” and everyone would be dressed in floral. I gave them colors and told them to freestyle. When I picked it up, they gave me a cake that looked like it was for a little girls Easter egg party. It was terrible. This cake was over $200 and looks like my niece could have done it. I cried. Then the guy who was ringing me out proceeded to ask me to tip. Instead of offering solutions he asked me to tip and told me he would cancel the other order I had in. (I had another order in the pipeline.). I have gone to them for years and their prices have increased but the quality has went down hill. When I wrote about my experience on social media, they blocked me. I would not recommend them. I included pics of the cake I received which is thé ugly one (I asked them to add the flowers at least and remember this was supposed to be for a “Season of Bloom” party. I included a picture of what my expectations were (the last pic). I got blocked and no accommodation. Will never go here again

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Sugar Rush for our wedding. It was such a a pleasure working with Frank and the Sugar Rush team. Frank had recommended the dessert bar which included a wedding cake, cookies, pretzels and cupcakes.
Everything looked so amazing that we had people standing around the dessert bar at the reception waiting to grab some food. Everyone loved everything and we didn't have many leftovers because they were getting seconds and thirds! We got the strawberry cake for our wedding cake and so many people said it was the best strawberry cake they've ever had. Their cupcakes were a huge hit as well. We have some picky eaters and everyone found something they loved. Thank you Sugar Rush for making our wedding day so special.

My friend and I went to SugarRush for the first time last Saturday. There were 2 young girls working. One actled like she did not want to be there. The other was super friendly and helpful. We ordered the dessert special with the 2 cocktails and a dessert. We chose the mini cookies. They came out warm which was nice, however the cookies all tasted like nothing. The only flavor came from the m and m and choc chips. The cocktails did not have the correct candy and it and when asked we were told, we don't have that right now, so we substituted with what we had.
