Got a Gally Boy...it was maybe 12 grams of meat with paper thin cheese and for some reason they put sugar in mayonnaise and then put it on the Gally burger? Don't believe me? Try it at home...add coconut cream for a nice coconut shrimp sauce...anyway...easily the most pathetic burger I have ever been served. The buns are the lowest quality, the patties are an embarrassment. For $5 it is an absolute offense. First and last time ever going to Swensons. Who ever says to go here is wrong.

The food is always amazing and the service is as well! We had Mo Bary as our server this evening and his customer service was amazing. He was very personable and went above and beyond. The food was delicious and it came out quick! I hope we get the pleasure of Mo taking care of us in the future.

The best employees at any quick service restaurant in Reynoldsburg! There are two younger gentlemen that take orders and deliver orders that are outstanding! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! I'll keep coming back for the service alone(the Galley Boy and peanut butter shakes are pretty awesome too).

The customer service was really good, but the food was horrible. Presentation should be revisited and hold the grease please. I thought the food was made fresh to order but that clearly wasn’t the case here.
