I don't know who wants the kiosk used the people working there or corporate but if i'm paying with cash and there's no way to pay @ said machine , then you would assume that an old-fashioned face to face order placement would do. Not ever one wants to use kiosk. I placed my 1st order with a person @ register. No issues. However i had forgotten something so i ask when my order was ready that i needed to order something else. This is where the problem starts young lady told me that i needed to use the kiosk . I ask if she just couldn't take my order. Again i was told to use kiosk. Now mind you that there wasn't any one in the restaurant but me. I reluctantly used kiosk to place order and selected to pay @ register. No receipt to give to person so i guess it didn't go through so the young man had to retake my order and money. So i ask you why i couldn't just place the order @ the register in the first place or make it so that the machine takes money. And for the amount of money i paid for the food i got i could have went to a nice steak house. Feed up with bad service all the way around. And people wonder why we don't want to pay $15 or more an hour for is to place or check out ourselves.

This dude literally with gloves on touched the register touched my money then proceeded to start making my food WITH THE SAME GlOVES ON! Then when I asked him to change his gloves and throw away the tortillas he touched got the nerve to get a attitude. Throw the whole restaurant away!

My experience was initially negative , I was shewed to the automated service without the option of personal service. As I stood dismayed by the rude , aggressive behavior of the female employee, the manager just happened to be coming past the front counter and asked quickly and professionally if I had been helped. He quickly and promptly took my order and saw to the food being made properly and fresh. I thought to myself self, instant karma to the nasty employee he shewed me to the auto machine and refused to take my order. So my visit ended on a very positive note. The food was hot and fresh and came in a timely manner. The Manager redeemed his staff. It is bc of this gentleman I gave 4 stars. Thank u sir. You know who u are . This happened about a month ago.

Visited today and ordered some nacho fries. They were the hottest, freshest fries that my mouth has ever had the liberty of experiencing. Periodt!

We were delayed because of a complicated order ahead of us but the young man apologized and made sure we got the sauces we asked for and extra napkins.

I wish I could give zero stars and still leave a review. I ordered food online but never got it and when I called to get a refund or my order replaced they wouldn't answer the phone.

I'll save you some time, avoid this location at all costs! If you have not placed a mobile order, you won't get service. Late night staff is ridiculously delayed. They shut down orders at 9:30 unless it was doordash or a mobile order. Even still, they will try to tell you they won't serve you.
Hands down worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, and it’s not a one-off. It’s right by my house so I’ve been through the drive through many times, but have only successfully ordered a handful of times. They are rude, close whenever they feel like it, and they’re shameless about it. I just went through the drive through and was told “I’m backed up, I’m not taking any more orders” this was at least 2 hours before closing time. Awful, awful service.
Unfortunately, when I showed up to pick up my order, it wasn't done and the two employees on duty were abandoning their jobs and leaving. Apparently the crew that left before them left the restaurant unstocked and very dirty.
If I could rate negative stars, I would. Pulled in at 1:30 am a guy and a girl standing out back smoking watching me pull up to order. A hour later after about 10 other cars tried to order, some door dashers couldn't pick up food that was paid for already, 1 car got out and beat on the window, the back door, honking at all sides of building... You could hear them inside and they should have been open. I eventually gave up and left. Not the first time this has happened at this location. The last year it has happened about 6 times.. Hope management gets night staff who want a job, because the ppl working on 6-8-2025 definetly did not. Shame it's a busy location, Bet they loose alot of money as much as this happens. Kinda hit or miss here.
