Ugh.. shoulda checked the reviews before stopping here. I haven't been to the Reynoldsburg spot in a few years.. but happened to be off work early and heading down main otw home around 1:30am.. so we decided to stop and try it. Figured they're open til 5am so they gotta have some decent food.. I mean. You really just trashing it up 4 hours before you close? Idk.. but yea, now I see the 12+ 1 star reviews in a row.. and we'll. Add another one.
Didn't even get to finish ordering.. they just stopped answering us for awhile then came back on the speaker "2ND WINDOW".. I mean . We were still ordering but ok.. I guess we're done.
It was at this moment I knew we hadn't paid yet, and the instinct hit me to just say nevermind and drive off.. but hunger muddies the mind... and I am all the worse for it.
Save yourself the trouble.
Set your money on fire, go home and eat left overs. Lol

Went to the drive thru and tried to order after awhile they said why i was yelling in their ear when i was just trying to order. I was shocked when they said it was yelled in their ear. I work in fast food restaurant in reynoldsburg so i know how hectic it is in fast food restaurants to be on time and serve fast and be accurate but that doesn’t mean you can be rude to customers when someone is just trying to order. The food is not even fresh. Never going back here.

Staff very unprofessional and very rude. A deep and thorough overhaul in the management is really needed to get this place on track. Personnel must be taught on how to interact with clients. Every time I have to pick orders up there, I feel unsafe and demotivated. So sad to go to such a place.
Parking: Most of the time no way to get an available parking lot.

Really wasn’t expecting much and somehow it was even worse than anticipated. Tried the new chicken and cheese tacos and im just incredibly disappointed. The guy working the window was great though super nice super respectful but the food is god awful and just disappointing. Whoever made this you need fired man you have zero aspiration and no dedication to your craft even if it’s as simple as a taco.

Waited 15 minutes to be told "we are only taking cash", which I'm almost certain was BS. This Taco Bell and the BK on 256 have a competition to see which one can provide the absolute worst service.
Back again two years later. Same 1 star service. My god.
I recently visited the Taco Bell in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, and had a disappointing experience. Despite the restaurant being open and staffed with associates, I had to wait 20-30 minutes for my order. Even after interacting with the staff, the service remained slow and unorganized. This was quite frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Taco Bell. I hope they can improve their efficiency and customer service in the future.

So I have never ever ever complained on the internet once, but I had a horrible experience tonight. I came to this Taco Bell around 4:30am this morning, granted I know it was late but I just got off work and was starving, I ordered the Mexican combo meal with no beans, the service was completely rude from the time I pulled up to the speaker until I left. I live 5 minutes away… I got home and opened my Mexican pizza to this… SLOP and tacos cold, soggy, NO MEAT ON THEM and covered in black dots, as well as the Mexican pizza. 24$ later, still hungry and now just overall mad. 100% disgusting and I love Taco Bell, but whoever was working tonight/this morning needs some work.

Horrible wait time when there was no one in the entire parking lot or drive thru line. Workers moving extremely slow, bad attitudes when ordering food and they forgot something that I paid for so I had to go back in to wait and get it.
