I recently had an utterly disappointing experience at Taco Bell that I feel compelled to share. To put it bluntly, it was a nightmare from start to finish.Firstly, I found myself stuck in the drive-thru line for a whopping 10 minutes before even catching a glimpse of the menu. Now, I understand that fast food can sometimes be a bit slow, but this was beyond excusable.When I finally reached the window, expecting at least a modicum of courtesy, what did I receive? A downright disrespectful cashier who practically chucked my order out the window like it was yesterday's garbage. No "thank you," no "have a nice day," just a careless toss and a slam shut. It's as if I was inconveniencing them by daring to patronize their establishment.But wait, it gets worse. Upon realizing that I needed to address this abysmal treatment, I made the regrettable decision to enter the restaurant. Not only was the interior in dire need of a deep clean, but the manager on duty was as unhelpful as they come. When I politely requested the name of the district manager to file a complaint, they flat-out refused to provide it, as if shielding their superior from accountability.Needless to say, this entire experience has left an incredibly sour taste in my mouth – and not just because of the lackluster food. I wouldn't wish this level of disrespect and incompetence on my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this Taco Bell at all costs. There are plenty of other establishments that actually value their customers and know how to treat them with basic human decency.

Do not order doordash from this Taco Bell. Multiple times just negligent and terrible quality. Workers don’t care….you wonder why you work at Taco Bell

Horrible communication at speaker for order I was placing. Manager's response centered on the poor quality of their speaker. As well as my and the employee having a soft voice. She said we couldn't hear each other.I have no intention of spending money or time receiving this type of service from an employee or manager at this TACO BELL on Main St. In Reynoldsburg, OH.I will also say the manager was quick thinking by blaming the speaker for my poor service experience. No Apology was mentioned to me.
Love this place. Always smiling and never fails to figure my "senior" discount.

I have never received the proper order, staff is slow and disrespectful. I was the only one in line and it took 40 minutes for my order and it was still completely wrong and the tacos had nothing to them. Worst Taco Bell. Do not go there.

Got my food late around 2am. Amazing, friendly staff. Was greeted by Amanda G. and their co-worker. Even though it was just the two of them, they executed my order perfectly in a time efficient manner. The food was amazing quality and perfectly wrapped. This is the best taco Bell experience I've had in a long time. 10/10 would come to this location again!

This was on 02/08/2024 after 9:30am I entered the restaurant on the door the sign said it opens at 8 AM they inform me that my online order was going to take some extra time. I see another guy come in who I over heard was already waiting for another 10 or 20 minutes before I got in. I ended up seeing the employees still setting up stuff. I was there for one hour before I just left and I did not see a single thing leave their kitchen. I thing that made me the most upset is when I was leaving I saw one of the employees hanging out with their friend outside in the parking lot smoking a cigarette. The fact that opener or closer may have called off is one thing but the fact that it wasn’t even that long into their shift and they are already taking a smoke break and being so far behind shows really poor management and customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would.
