Went thru the drive thru, was asked to pull around to the front while they made our order. They brought out a bag with 4 items that weren't ours. When I took it back in they said that wasn't mine and gave the bag to other customer who was waiting. When I got my correct order half of it was cold and the crunch wrap was not made correctly.

If you like the Flatbread of your cheesy gordita crunch to have mold on it and getting no response from anybody, then definitely come here. Initially, I thought that the black stuff was just from the machine that presses your food, I don't know the name for it, but when I plucked one of the black spots it was inside the Flatbread itself.

This place is a joke. Went for 1st time in a year bc of service food always bad. Bad mistake. Nothing changed. Waited almost a hour in drive thru. Wrong drinks given. I handed them back, he used same cups to make right drink which is gross ??. Food not good either. It was a very small order without any changes on food. They couldn't even get this right. And btw, only 1 car was in front of me, I had already paid, so I waited a hour at the window. No one was even behind me!! Really?? WHAT were u doing in there for a hour with zero customers at 3am???
Food was made perfect. I only wish that the staff didn't make me feel like I was bothering them to ask them to do their job. It's not like I'm not paying them to do it. The service sucked which made the atmosphere very grumpy and disappointing.Parking: With the people that they allow to just hang out outside there make sure you lock your doors or take everything out of your car that's of value.

How do you mess Taco Bell up so bad, I’ve never gotten all my items when ordering food here, I always have to go inside to ask for the missing items. Must’ve ran out of beef and just filled my beefy 5 layer burrito with just beans and cheese. Just read the screen and do your job lol.

Poor customer service. Ordered through the app went through the drive thru and they couldn't find our order. Girl told us drive around and park they would bring it out. Sat outside for 15 minutes then decided better go in. Was initially ignored at the counter. They couldn't find our order was inside for probably 15 minutes before they brought out part of the order that they found by the drive thru and that was after a guy said I don't know what's going on I didn't make it I just got here 15 minutes ago. Food was cold and soggy and not all there waited even longer for the other 2 items and was told I don't know anything about the order you better count it and check it

Second time in a row I've had missing items in my order. My soft tacos were soggy and mushy, the wrappers were drenched in water or some sort of liquid.
