The Burger Experience

Have the food fresh. was dry and tasteless.Pulled chicken was dry. Pulled pork was dry. Potato wedges were overdone. Cole slaw was bland. Expected better food. At least the ice tea was good. Will not be returning.DO NOT RECOMMEND. FOR SOME REASON IT WOULDNT LET ME POST THAT.

Today we celebrated our friend Woody's 80th Birthday. Thirteen years ago we did the same. Our server was Cassandra and she did a great job. They currently have a BOGO pulled pork platter special that was very good. They also have a burger/fries special. No guarantee your experience will be as good as ours, but we've been here several times in the past few months and have been highly satisfied with food and service. 🥰

the sweet host Elena sat me quickly at Alexis table. They were both very nice my food and drink came out perfect Kendra did fantastic on my grinch who stole titos.

Horrible experience AGAIN! I hadn't been back to this location in a long time because service and food was terrible(except for the wings). We were seated at a booth first, then moved to the bar because of slow service and a few flies (yes insects) dining with us. The bar was even worse! Flies and gnats. Disgusting!!! To add insult to injury the establishment has the audacity to put 20%, 25% or 30% gratuity on the bill. 30%!!! Are you kidding me for below average food and service. I will NEVER return to this place and definitely would never recommend this place to any friends, family or strangers!

Two orders of fries and three sandwiches: check.Seasoning requested on either order of fries? No.Any condiments on any sandwich? No.That special XTC sauce recommended and paid extra for? None.All picked, onion, and tomato stacked so you eat all of it on one bite and none of the rest of the burger? Check.And the veggie burger is good, but nowhere NEAR worth what they charge for it.

Food was very good I will definitely go back when we come back to visit, server was okay but you for got about our drinks my son food was cold from sitting in window to long didn't give us napkins or straws. I had to eat my food with no water. She was nice and pleasant but just for got about us I believe do to setting, me and my family was in the cut from the rest of the restaurant

The Manager Julie (Reynoldsburg) and our server Keigan were amazing this evening. We had a party of 12 with little ones the server and manager didn't miss a beat. The service was great, our food was hot and it all came out together. All of the orders were correct and we all left happy.Way to go, we were impressed.CLH

Kid-friendliness: The server kept the 3 kiddos happy.

It's decent, definitely not worth the price you pay. Could do the same thing if not better at home. Not worth it.

Very lack luster tonight. Service sucked. My sides were cold. They were out of several menu items tonight. Wouldn't recommend to anybody. Won't go back if I'm the one buying.
