Smokey Bones donated so much pulled pork, buns, sauces, & baked beans to our NCH TWIG Bazaar last weekend! And they even delivered the food to us! They were very kind to donate and gave us more than we thought we would ever sell but once everyone saw the menu list Smokey Bones made our pork and beans . . . we sold out of everything but 1 servicing of beans! 100% of the sales are going to NCH. THANKS Jeremy from Smokey Bone, you are the best!

Had a late lunchThe menu's were sticky on certain pages.For the appetizer, we got the mini Loaded BBQ Mag-Nachos. That was pretty good. For the main meal, we chose Robert's ribfest for two. It comes with a full rack of ribs. Your choice of four regular sides, garlic bread, and either an appetizer or a dessert. I chose the bag of donuts and added a side salad. The sides were baked potatoes, fries, and the fir roasted corn. The sides were good, but my rib had a lot of fat and gristle, so I sent it back. The sweet tea was weak and not very sweet. The ribs are very light in color and not grilled. It had a light smoke taste. The bag of donuts half of them were overcooked the ones that wernt tasted good. If you like bland unseasoned food, go here. Hickory House or City BBQ has no worries. The waiter Alexis was very nice and friendly. My daughters to go order had a penny at the bottom of it, and once we finished our food, a water bug crawled on the table.

Horrible experience AGAIN! I hadn't been back to this location in a long time because service and food was terrible(except for the wings). We were seated at a booth first, then moved to the bar because of slow service and a few flies (yes insects) dining with us. The bar was even worse! Flies and gnats. Disgusting!!! To add insult to injury the establishment has the audacity to put 20%, 25% or 30% gratuity on the bill. 30%!!! Are you kidding me for below average food and service. I will NEVER return to this place and definitely would never recommend this place to any friends, family or strangers!

Two orders of fries and three sandwiches: check.Seasoning requested on either order of fries? No.Any condiments on any sandwich? No.That special XTC sauce recommended and paid extra for? None.All picked, onion, and tomato stacked so you eat all of it on one bite and none of the rest of the burger? Check.And the veggie burger is good, but nowhere NEAR worth what they charge for it.

Ordered the three meat carry out with Macaroni & Cheese double side. You know you're in trouble when the bag, with Macaroni &Cheese is light. Food like warm, no sauce included or offered. All around poor. No return to this place.

I had to eat my food with no water. She was nice and pleasant but just for got about us I believe do to setting, me and my family was in the cut from the rest of the restaurant

Cons- too salty- dried out pulled pork (how is that possible?)- produce that should've been thrown away- everything in the restaurant is sticky.- overpriced for the quality of foodPros- the staff was friendly - not much of a wait at 6:15 on a Friday night, probably because of the Cons listed above. The impression I get, this is a restaurant that is slated to close in the near future and they're just trying to make as much as they can before they lock the doors for the final time.

First, food was delicious. Unfortunately the service was SLOW! Our server didn't bring lates & napkins until after our appetizer. I had to go get napkins. The place wasn't full for the service to be off. They have a Mexican corn topped with takis were a no go. The bbq mag nachos were delicious & worth every penny.

Ohhhh after my experience with another BBQ place I wasn't expecting too much from Smokey Bones.. but Wow!! Rack of ribs was outstanding with great smoke ring and so tender. The sauces on the table were perfect and the loaded nachos were the best I ever ate! Kegan was our server and he was great from the beginning. He checked on our table and cleared it so there weren't so many dishes cluttering the table. He had a good attitude and was nice! This restaurant is very clean and everything looked great! We will be back here ! I can't believe I haven't been here for so long!!!

The Manager Julie (Reynoldsburg) and our server Keigan were amazing this evening. We had a party of 12 with little ones the server and manager didn't miss a beat. The service was great, our food was hot and it all came out together. All of the orders were correct and we all left happy.Way to go, we were impressed.CLHKid-friendliness: The server kept the 3 kiddos happy.
