I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to ordering through DoorDash. Also, if I would’ve known, this was part of the smoky bones I would not have ordered either. Our wings were majorly overcooked had no sauce on them and were dry as hell the fries were supposed to be salt and pepper fries but they were just plain. I received my order about 20 minutes late from DoorDash, but this was not DoorDash fault. I saw DoorDash waiting at the restaurant to pick up my food for 15 to 20 minutes on the app, what a waste of money and a disappointment.

I've never been to this restaurant but I've heard good things about it and was excited when I seen that they were available on Uber eats. I ordered a simple 12 wings with a side of ranch and celery sticks that totaled out to $30 and when it got to my apartment it was cold, not even a spec of heat coming off of them. I literally had to re-warm them in my air fryer, the flavor was at least there but they looked smaller than average as if they were left sitting out. I also called in to file complaint and asked to speak to the manager and a woman working there had left me sitting on the phone for more than a half hour. After a while I just gave up. I feel like the Reynoldsburg location should prepare they're food with a sense of integrity and never have food delivered that they would not eat themselves. Maybe being in the restaurant is better but I do not recommend to anyone to order offline.

Gianna is an angel. She is super efficient behind the bar. We never had to wait on refills even when it got busy! Not to mention, she’s just adorable and so sweet. 10/10 recommend

Smokey Bones donated so much pulled pork, buns, sauces, & baked beans to our NCH TWIG Bazaar last weekend! And they even delivered the food to us! They were very kind to donate and gave us more than we thought we would ever sell but once everyone saw the menu list Smokey Bones made our pork and beans . . . we sold out of everything but 1 servicing of beans! 100% of the sales are going to NCH. THANKS Jeremy from Smokey Bone, you are the best!

Order mayo did not get, ordered onion chips got fries, it was bogo on the wings and tried to charge full price. We only got one napkin and gad ti ask for wet naps. Didn't want to stick around and add to my bones points. Just wanted to get out of there. Won't go back there for a while.

I ordered baby back ribs and they have me st. Louis ribs. Needless to say I got cursed out about ordering the wrong ribs. But my daughter ordered them and she said "baby back ribs"

Ordered a 8 oz steak, broccoli, Mac and cheese, 1 rack of ribs, bowl of chili, coleslaw paid close to $90.00 the steak, ribs were dry, coleslaw had little to no slaw dressing, Mac and cheese dry as well, would never recommend this restaurant for take out, the best thing from this dinner was the 4 stocks of broccoli with the steak. What a waste of money.
