I come to Tim Hortons more then I'd like to admit I regularly use two or 3 Different tims but this one is my favorite no matter how busy or slow they are they always make me feel important that's the difference between this tims and the others

Was a great experience. Good customer service, food was good and well made, not sloppy. The young lady Amanda really knows her stuff. Give her a raise. Will definitely be back to this location when I'm back in this area

I came in a few times during the promotion period where if you buy a coffee, you get a bagel for $2 but apparently it isn’t true. Every time I came, it was a different price. Prices ranges from $5-$10 and I always ordered the same exact thing every time. I told them about it and they really didn’t have much to say.

I flew from Seattle Washington just to buy my Tim's here. None in my state?
Ordered a chicken panini. Cheese was still in a rectangle shape/not melted. The chicken flavor was okay, but a panini should have cheese that strings out like a grilled cheese. I don’t want a luke warm piece of bread with a slice of cheese. It took me 5 bites to get any chicken🫤

I had such a horrible experience last week. I called corporate and called this store several times to speak to a manager. There is no voicemail and no one picks up.
I ordered my usual drink that I get there. They got it wrong and I potiely said it's wrong. The old lady said too bad and I will have to pay to get another one. She was gaslighting me and being very unprofessional in the matter as well as the other female employee. After 10 minutes, she finally made me another one. It was wrong again!!! She's made my drinks before and she made it wrong on purpose.
I am beyond horrified on how this was handled and that no one from the store called me back to further discuss this matter. Both of the employees need to be held accountable for their actions and behaviors.
This store has my info to call me. I'm ready to file a lawsuit if this doesn't get adjusted.

I’ll go out of my way to find another Tim’s versus going here again. This donut restaurant refused to sell my 4-year-old and I a donut at 11:00 AM. The entire front case was full, but wasn’t able to be sold until 4:00P that day. Bizarre. Only had blueberry ones in the back. Needless to say, that wasn’t what we wanted.
