I had such a horrible experience last week. I called corporate and called this store several times to speak to a manager. There is no voicemail and no one picks up.
I ordered my usual drink that I get there. They got it wrong and I potiely said it's wrong. The old lady said too bad and I will have to pay to get another one. She was gaslighting me and being very unprofessional in the matter as well as the other female employee. After 10 minutes, she finally made me another one. It was wrong again!!! She's made my drinks before and she made it wrong on purpose.
I am beyond horrified on how this was handled and that no one from the store called me back to further discuss this matter. Both of the employees need to be held accountable for their actions and behaviors.
This store has my info to call me. I'm ready to file a lawsuit if this doesn't get adjusted.

I’ll go out of my way to find another Tim’s versus going here again. This donut restaurant refused to sell my 4-year-old and I a donut at 11:00 AM. The entire front case was full, but wasn’t able to be sold until 4:00P that day. Bizarre. Only had blueberry ones in the back. Needless to say, that wasn’t what we wanted.

I got food poisoning TWICE from this place. Once from a bagel of all things. Just a blueberry bagel untoasted and it came out rock hard to where I can throw it and injure someone or something with it! Next was their hash brown. It was fried in dirty old oil!! I threw up within minutes eating it. Not to mention the workers there!! Especially the weekday morning crew. One lady in particular and another older woman. They are super rude to their employees yelling at them like their worthless humans. And they are rude at the drive through to customers! This place either needs to be shut down or hire new management! Never going back!!

This place should be closed down! I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel that was probably from two days ago and warmed up. It was dry and almost as hard as a brick. Never again!

AWFUL. If I could rate 0, I would. Inside was closed. I placed a mobile order 10 min in advance, and they said I have to place it further in advance because their system takes a long time to receive orders. After waiting through the long DT line that I never wanted to be in in the first place, they refused to give me my order even with proof of payment from their app. They told me to get a refund online

So I went earlier today to get me some lunch, I went inside and saw a child behind the counter putting his fingers in the donuts. I was so disgusted I didn’t even order, then I went to leave and I saw the manager I believe her name was Amanda harassing her employee with her teenage daughter.
