I went to the Waffle House and the lady said she didn’t have anymore tickets so I have to order online as me and my husband are standing in the cold (snowing). I ordered a grits bowl get all the way home 25 minutes away to have the hash brown bowl. I tried to call you can’t speak to a human or leave a message. Drove all the way back 4am for her to tell me I can’t get a refund bc ordered online. I said that’s crazy bc you made me order online bc you were out of TICKETS! So now I have to go back again to talk to a manager! Horrible customer service! I wish I could put 0!

I've visited once within the last month and had a good experience but came up at 640 am and they wouldn't open the doors. It's 24 hours. Shift change or not you still have to serve customers!

I think it’s truly absurd they have no way to actually speak with a person! I’ve tried calling several times and all it says is we no longer take to go orders over the phone! What if you have another question? I need to actually speak with someone because I believe one of my son’s belongings was left there over a trip! And we do not live around there and can not just stop on! I need to be able to speak with someone. Not having a way to speak with an associate is absurd.

We went there and they said they couldn’t serve us for 30 min I feel like they didn’t want to serve us because we looked a little redneck very disappointed we always eat at Waffle House and never ever had any troubles won’t be going back to this one
Food was great as usual but when I walked in not one person said hello and was staring at me like I had 2 heads. My waitress was great and very nice as for the others it was just 5 people doing nothing but staring at me and the terrible music was way too loud it sounded like I was in a club with the terrible music someone played
