I've visited once within the last month and had a good experience but came up at 640 am and they wouldn't open the doors. It's 24 hours. Shift change or not you still have to serve customers!
Food was great as usual but when I walked in not one person said hello and was staring at me like I had 2 heads. My waitress was great and very nice as for the others it was just 5 people doing nothing but staring at me and the terrible music was way too loud it sounded like I was in a club with the terrible music someone played
Got bad customer service at a restaurant before we came to waffle house, instantly when we talked in the energy and everything was wonderful. GREAT customer service, EXCELLENT food !! Will be returning.
