Being asked to pull up into a parking spot for two fountain drinks when there is no one in line behind me is diabolical. The guy at the window (young
male) was very combative and rude. Instantly gave me a refund bc I wouldn’t pull up. Having people pull up so you can beat your timers is actually ridiculous even more so when there was no food involved. I’ve had problems in the past at night with this location doing the same thing, however I ordered food so it was a bit more understood. I Will honestly never go to this location after this now. It’s sad customer service doesn’t exist in today’s society.

So they rush you to go wait off to the side when you go through the drive through. Apparently trying to defraud there service timer. Not impressed at all. Specific to this location.

This location used to be accurate and friendly but after today, I will go somewhere else since the staff really does not seem to care when they make a mistake. Combative and rude. Please install AI at this location since the listening skills here are lacking.

Worst attitude I have ever seen in any fast food restaurant ever. They got the order wrong and when I asked for the receipt, they said I would have to pull up and they would bring the receipt out. When I mentioned the wrong items in the order, the smart mouthed woman said, well, that’s how it got rang up and there is nothing we can do about it. I said, well could get our money back. She just laughed. Check the video on August 16 2025 at 2:15pm. Terrible service. This has been my favorite Wendy’s for a long time until today.

I drive out of my way to eat at this Wendy's, bc they still use whole leaf lettuce. Please don't go the the soggy shredded lettuce like other Wendy's near by 🩷🩷

This location is a hit and miss . I don’t know when the gentleman manager came about . He is sassy and rude . The food is never hot .
Went today spent enough to get my food how I wanted it . It was all cold and messed up myself and family stomach . The cashier young lady is always sweet and kind has good customer service .

I think it's pretty disgusting that food is marked up when you buy it through Uber and DoorDash and the customer pays for that right? So why are you sending old food? Why are you sending cold food? Why are you sending water down chili? I can literally taste that you watered it down.

Very sleek modern design, staff was very friendly despite being very busy. The did came out fresh and quickly. By far one of the best Wendy's in central Ohio!

I’m really disappointed with the morning experience at this location. I don’t know the manager’s name, but it’s clear there’s either a lack of effort or a focus on cutting corners to save costs. Almost every time I visit in the morning, the cold brew is unavailable, the sandwiches are missing ingredients like Swiss cheese, the buns taste stale, and the breakfast potatoes are consistently old. It feels like quality just isn’t a priority here.
Unfortunately, even though this store is right by my house, I’ve decided to start driving 10 minutes to the location on East Broad Street instead. It’s frustrating to have to go out of my way, but at least I know I’ll get what I order and the food will be fresh.

I’ve never seen a place so stingy with the sauces. I ordered a 10 pc nugget that comes with 2 sauces and I asked for 2 extra sauces to go with a sandwich and they gave me 3. I then asked for one more and they acted like the sauce was coming out of their paycheck. This has happened multiple times but this time It was soo much push back on some Wendy’s sauce. If it’s really a supply issue take that up with corporate to send more sauces for your paying customers.

This has to be one of the worse Wendy's ive ever been to. Evertime ilI attempt to order they excuse after excuse as to why they cant take orders (system down, they're taking inventory, or they are stocking and so on and on).

The inside was closed. So I had to wait in the long drive thru line. After getting my food, I had a sandwich that was made wrong and an order of fries missing. I had to go back and wait through another long line in which my whole order got cold. I asked for my items to be corrected and asked for the other food to be remade because of the inconvenience. I was told no multiple times. I was told that she was short staffed and wouldn't make my order again. So I was forced to take the rest of my family cold, soggy bun food because of their mistake.

They always give me regular coke when I order diet (6 years running). Undrinkable waste of money. The drive thru tells me to park and theyll bring it out, then leave me sitting in my car while my food gets cold until I go in. Consistently awful. I truly do not understand why they can't figure out diet coke.
