Absolutely terrible service French fries were half full and cold/hard and to top it off their only allowed one ranch and one barbecue lolz they won’t even let you purchase more ….. it increases their food cost what’d happened to customer service ?

Terrible customer service. Needed more sauces, (more than usual ), girl with glasses only gave one so being fair we offer to pay for the extra. Like literally just asked to be charged for the extra sauces, whatever charge.
Girl with glasses said with a smug attitude that she/they (Wendy’s) doesn’t allow extra sauces or to pay for them. 😮 Yea you read that correctly. I would used choice worlds like idiot dumb 🫏 or even helmuthead but no, I will not say those things. She just want to say no or decline the request. That’s the TOXIC VIBE AT THE WINDOW
Good quwality was okay, but customer service at drive through was ridiculous Avery annoying and made me NOT TO come back.

Stop to get a bite to eat -drive thru. I pulled up to pay and I heard the Lead or Manager telling staff to hurry up and get that car out of here tell her she need to move!, he was rude to his staff! Didn’t like the tone. Mind u I’m adjusting trying to move on out the drive thru window! And I looked up and I ask ! What did he say? She said oh honey we are on a timer!!! Nobody else in the drive thru behind me!!! The Lot was empty too.
The lady at the ordering window was rude and kept rushing me. Then I went up to the window to get my food, and the guy there was rude also. I think he may have been the manager, so it makes sense. They're all rude.

My husband and/or I have ordered from here since it's the closest Wendy's to our house and the staff there could care less about service or food quality. Most recently, I ordered a small chili with extra cheese and chili sauce through the drive through: The chili was cold, the cheese was a half slice of AMERICAN CHEESE and the sauce was Cholula, not the Wendy's chili sauce. This was just the latest in a string of every order being wrong here. The only part of the order that's ever been right here is the Frosty.
