Stopped in for breakfast today. Asked if we could have coffee refills when placing our order. Answer was yes.
Got our order and asked for mayonnaise, but we were told mayo was not available till lunch. Really!
Went back for our coffee refills, but they just dumped the coffee out and would not have coffee available all day.
Coffee is only available at breakfast. This was at 10:30am and lunch begins at 11am.
So, no coffee for lunch and no mayonnaise for breakfast.
It gets better, called corporate and they didn't seem to really care. They asked for my wife's email and that was the end of the conversation.
Found the GMs name, but no way to contact him.
I have dined at this Wendy's for years. What happened?

We ordered over $33 worth of food and we ended up missing a drink one of the sandwiches was made wrong and we were missing a chicken nugget

I used to drive far to come to this Wendy's location because the food was always good & fresh. The service used to be top tier. The last couple times that I have visited this location.I have been disappointed. I thought it was just one time they didn't get it right. But I went tonight, and I simply asked for a junior bacon cheeseburger with mayo only. The sandwich did not have any mayo on it and it looks like they took one piece of bacon and broke it in half. When you see these sandwiches on TV, they look delicious with the bacon sticking out of the bread. This sandwich was far from that. I advise anybody who goes to the Reynoldsburg location on east main street to check your food before pulling off. They have permanently lost my business. People work hard for their money and they expect to get what they pay for. As you see in the picture, the bacon doesn't even cover the sandwich. I didn't even eat it, I just threw it away. The white man with curly hair that took my order was very rude. I'm starting to think that they are under new management!

Worker was rude to me with my two kids in the car. I tried to get two orders but she refused to take my second order. I asked her why she’s refusing to take my second order and she said “We don’t take second orders” which I know she was lying because I’ve been ordering from this Wendy’s in the past 19 years and she even threatened to call the police and lied saying she’s on the line with Reynoldsburg Police. I called the police and the police said that no one called. The only reason why I left is because I didn’t want to hold up the line. I would never order there anymore because that employee was very disrespectful and I will pass the word on to every social media about this Wendy’s in Reynoldsburg.

Me and my husband got a ice cream snickerdoodle from Wendy’s and they didn’t make cookies in and we asked him to fix it and they said they couldn’t fix it at the drive-through even though that’s what I ordered and I went inside and talk to the manager and the people were really rude

Young man ?Manager is without people skills.Rude and argumentative. I drove from downtown because this used to be the best Wendy's. I used a coupon and the girl at the register asked me what it was.I told her she should read it.It was for $2.00 off for completing the online survey. SHE SHOWED it to the young man and he told her he would show her how to know if the coupon was legit. I said I would wait for fresh hot fries .When my order was ready it was wrong and my fries were not fresh up.I was told they were hot enough. WHAT A RUDE JERK!!!! I EXPLAINED I DIDN'T COME FOR AN ARGUMENT, Just Lunch!!!!.Never again, Glad my boyfriend wasn't with me,but if he were the little rude fella would have probably done his job.

my husband used to go to this Wendys all the time, but no more. He always ordered two sausage egg and cheese croissants, small breskfast , and a senior coffee. On the last two trips the coffee was not available. Today he placed the usual order and thought he would try the biscuit and gravy but was told they were out of gravy. Your district and/or regional management should really take a close look at not the sales dollars but how many dollars they are losing. I still like Wendys but my husband will never go back to the location.

Food Poisoning.

Yesterday around 7:25pm., I got 2 baconators from the drive-through because I had a coupon. There was no wait to get these burgers, which should have been a red flag that they were under cooked, but I ignored it due to being in a hurry. I got sick from eating this yesterday, and I'm still sick today.

Being asked to pull up into a parking spot for two fountain drinks when there is no one in line behind me is diabolical. The guy at the window (young
male) was very combative and rude. Instantly gave me a refund bc I wouldn’t pull up. Having people pull up so you can beat your timers is actually ridiculous even more so when there was no food involved. I’ve had problems in the past at night with this location doing the same thing, however I ordered food so it was a bit more understood. I Will honestly never go to this location after this now. It’s sad customer service doesn’t exist in today’s society.
