Stopped in today at 3pm for a hot Rottsire chicken. Frantic deli clerk packing hundreds of ready serve lunch meats in back, said they don't make em on Saturdays?This store could be a gem but needs complete scrubbing and over haul and smart management. GE knows the big draw is the State liquor store, so no one cares its a dump. Hundred years ago when it was an independent Country Counter grocery was very nice and clean. Ps there are few locals it caters to nearby suburban bedroom communities most come from the developments for the booze and shop at cheap Marc's in evening they all go to the fake winery down the road.

Terrible place to be shopping if you eat lots of spicy Thai food the night before and suddenly get the bubble guts in the frozen food section which leads eventually to explosive diarrhea. No bathrooms that I could find. It was an uncomfortable ride home.

I've been there twice and the staff isn't friendly at all. they don't even acknowledge you. not even the cashier ... not even when spoken to or when you ask questions... the young kid just 8gnored me. It's a cute store but I won't be back.

Small space, low selection, unfriendly staff. Go to the bigger and more welcoming giant eagle about 5 minutes away. Or better yet go to a gas station as they will probably have better selection and better prices.

So glad to have this location! Smaller than the newer Giant Eagle stores, this legacy location is easy to get in and out of. Not surrounded by heavy traffic. I go to Brunswick or North Royalton if I need certain items this store doesn't carry, but for the basics it's so nice to be able to pick them up quickly and hassle free.
