Best fast food in the area, including fairlawn/ montrose. Service is polite and fast, food seems always hot and correct. If we're looking for McDonald's, we'll drive past the one in fairlawn to get to this one - it's that good.

I bought 2 items and they still got my order wrong. It's on me for assuming the order would come out correct and not checking it. But in my defense the wrappers showed the correct items, but it was a lie!!!

Went through drive thru... Upon ordering, we were told they were short staffed and there is a really big order in front of us. Our order was merely for a soda. At the window, 3 employees milling around. Poured themselves a drink before filling our order. Not lovin' it...

Woman taking order at drive thru Thurs 12:50- rude and snapped at me - all I wanted was a small pumpkin spice latte- said it twice and she snapped at me because she put it in wrong- please and thank you would be nice to hear
person talking out order cut us off and told us to pull forward without my bf getting to order his food, when we went forward to the window and then asked for another of the same exact thing they forgot one of our burgers person at window seemed annoyed with us from the beginning and we got the mcdonald land meals and we did not receive our collectibles. we will not be returning to this mcdonalds.

My friends and I (4 people total) went to this McDonald’s today and after we placed our orders on the screen, we patiently waited for the workers to be with us. One girl (11 years old fyi) went up to the register to pay with cash and a worker named Brian, we believe, came over then walked right away and she put her money up to grab his attention and he turned around and said “don’t throw your hands up at me little girl”, so the adult of the group stood up for her as she’s literally 11 years old. He rambled on and on about how he “isn’t paid enough to put up with our shit” and how “he isn’t taking the disrespect”. First of all, no disrespect was given BY US. Brian calling her a “little girl” was wildly inappropriate behavior for a worker. Whoever the manager is, please consider this review and the people you hire to work with customers.
